Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich für den anspruchsvollen Urlauber, sehr romantisch und wunderschön eingerichtet. Wenn Sie hineingehen, werden Sie ein Mosaik bemerken, das mit Flip-Flops eingelegt ist ... also einladend. Der offene Grundriss fühlt sich geräumig an, mit raumhohen Decken und ist sehr komfortabel. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über 2 Ledersofas, die sich direkt vor dem Gaskamin befinden ... schaffen Sie das Ambiente! Das Wohnzimmer verfügt außerdem über einen großen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HDTV- und Firestick-Service. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit viel Ablagefläche, die niemanden enttäuschen wird, der gerne kocht. Wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe verstaut. Die Master-Suite ist geräumig mit einer Kathedrale Decke und verfügt über ein sehr komfortables Kingsize-Bett, 2 Nachttische, 2 Kommoden, einen Flachbild-TV und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Vollbad ist ein Traum mit einem Whirlpool und Innen- und Außenduschen. Dieses Haus ist von hoher Qualität und mit verbesserten Texturen wie Eichenfußböden, Marmor und Kalksteinakzenten ausgestattet. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Weingut-Vermietern haben wir eine zentrale Klimaanlage und eine Garage hinzugefügt (für diejenigen, die ihr Cabrio oder Motorrad mitbringen können). Die Garage bietet auch einen großartigen überdachten Platz für Ihr Fahrrad, den Sie unbedingt mitnehmen sollten, da wir direkt am Radweg liegen. Maximal 2 Personen, einschließlich Kinder, keine Haustiere und Nichtraucher, bitte, da wir versuchen, diese Eigenschaft allergenfrei zu halten. Great romantic stay

Awesome little cottage for a great weekend away! Went to the Vineyard for a wedding and it was so close to all the sights! Would suggest for any couple looking to enjoy time at Martha's Vineyard

Clean spacious cozy place

This is an absolutely beautifully maintained property and the location is great for access to Edgartown. Karen was great to work with throughout the entire process. Fully stocked guest cottage with outdoor shower and indoor shower and whirlpool. Halfway between South Beach and Edgartown center. Great location! You are responsible for laundry if you use the owner’s linens.

Thank you Vamsee for the 5 stars! To be clear guests have 3 choices when it comes to linens. Bring your own, rent them, or use mine for free but you need to wash, dry , and return them to linen closet before leaving. I do supply full size washer and dryer in the cottage and detergent and fabric softener. Renting a home is a little different than getting a hotel room but the savings is amazing and you get so much more… like a private home, gas fireplace, whirlpool tub, kitchen, yard, 2 decks etc. We are very proud of what we offer. Thank you for your care of our home away from home!

Cozy, Clean Cottage

Cottage was very cozy and clean - and most importantly had a well stocked kitchen to allow for meal preparation. Grounds are very well kept and the location is perfect to get to both South Beach and the center of Edgartown. Karen was great in allowing us to check-in early on arrival day and the end-to-end process was seamless!

Great Guest House in Katama area

Had a wonderful time on Martha’s Vineyard. This guest house was great, clean, well-equipped and the host, Karen, was responsive and I enjoyed my stay while on the island. It is a great rental for one or two guests maximum in the Katama area near South Beach, close to Edgartown and Morning Glory Far. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting this guest house. I will definitely rent it again.

Beautiful cottage

Such a beautiful cottage for a Martha’s Vineyard stay. The home is very clean and nicely designed and furnished; kitchen is well equipped for cooking and grilling; location is great, about 2 miles from the beach and close to Edgartown. The owner kept in touch and we appreciated how responsive she was to any question we had about the island. We visited in late April, and although that is not technically “high season,” it was a lovely time to visit. We had great weather; many shops and restaurants were open; no crowds or traffic and lots of parking to be found; and the beaches were empty for those who like beach walking…I highly recommend the island and this property.

Our 1st VRBO Stay, and Def Not the Last!

This guest house is a beautiful home right off of a secluded dirt road. The property is extremely comfortable, and it felt like home away from home. Karen was a great host that was very thorough with ensuring all went well. The pickleball court and basketball goal were huge advantages! Every room is fully stocked with anything you need. Will def return in the future!!

The Perfect Place!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful cottage for a week for our honeymoon. It was absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show. While it was a bit cool due to the time of year that we visited, we enjoyed exploring the island. The cottage is located within walking distance to Edgartown, a lovely little town that we thoroughly enjoyed. We rented bikes one day and spent the afternoon exploring various parts of the island. The home was beautiful and perfect to relax in. We loved everything about our stay!!

Our Week in Katama

The Katama cottage has large rooms, beautiful high ceilings, a lovely bathroom with whirlpool tub, separate shower room, separate room for toilet and his/her sinks and vanity areas. The bedroom has a king bed, TV, dressers and closet. More than enough space for 2 people. Kitchen fully stocked

This home is just what we hope for, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, totally every thing we needed was there! Oh, did I mention a very comfortable king size bed! Beautiful cottage with everything you could ask for!

Karen’s cottage was not only meticulous, but beautifully equipped with anything and everything you could possibly ask for! My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in the Vineyard, and the cottage made it extra special! Its location was minutes away from the beach, shopping and the quaint harbor area, and getting around was a breeze. Every detail was thought out, and Karen was a pleasure to deal with! I wish we were still there! Highly recommend this beautiful cottage!

Fabulous rental!

We have vacationed on the Vineyard several times, but this is the first time my husband and I were able to get away alone. As soon as we arrived at this beautiful cottage we knew that it was something special. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated, and sunlight filled the rooms. The king sized bed was very comfortable. It was very well stocked with everything that you might need for a comfortable vacation. We loved it so much that we have already reserved the same week next year!

Wonderful little cottage for two

While the weather could have been better for our early October week on the island, the cottage was perfect for us as a home base to explore the island as well as settle down for the night. Gas fireplace is wonderful for a chilly evening and everything is set-up to relax and enjoy your time there. We cooked in a few nights and everything we needed we had. Cottage was in perfect working order and ultra clean and area was very quiet and conveniently located. Highly recommend!

The perfect getaway

The property is amazing and its the perfect house for a romantic couples getaway. The house is 1 mile from Edgartown and about the same distance to south beach. The house is located where at most, a 35 min drive to the other side of the island. Theres plenty to see and do on marthas vineyard. Karen the owner kept in contact with us throughout the weekend asking if we needed anything. We will definetly be back!

The perfect escape for two.

The "Cottage" is a wonderful escape for two! This is a new property that is in excellent condition and is furnished with everything that you could ever ask for. The Cottage is located on a quiet side street headed out to South Beach so the location is perfect, close to downtown Edgartown yet removed enough so you are not sitting in traffic. The owners were extremely easy to work with, we highly recommend this property and plan to return in the coming years. ~Betsy and Mike

Awesome Guest House

The Guest House in Katama is a great spot. When we arrived the home was immaculate...it lives up to all the reviews and the pictures don't do it justice. It's in a perfect location right outside of downtown Edgartown, easily within walking or biking distance. Even with the weather not cooperating one day the Guest House was a quiet retreat to relax in. It was just what we were looking for and we had a great time staying here. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this rental surely deserves it. It will not disappoint. Also, the owner (Karen) was very helpful and attentive which was just an added bonus to our trip.

If you are looking for romance, or just a well appointed and immaculate place in a fabulous location...this guest cottage is for you. Two people only, no pets and non-smokers. This policy has kept this place looking gorgeous. Close to everything and right off the bike path. The fact that the majority of our guests return year after year speaks to the desirability of this rental.

Two flat screen TVs, two person whirlpool, beautiful tiled shower, central air, gas heat, gas fireplace, fully applianced kitchen plus a full size washer & dryer, king size bed, cathedral ceilings, covered front porch, large out door shower with hot & cold running water, garage, all hardwood & tile floors, all on one level. Huge yard, beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of cooking utensils including a lobster pot. This is a great place and we are so proud of it. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.
