Das Haus wurde für den modernen Geschmack und Komfort angepasst. In idealer Lage auf einer Privatstraße, nur wenige Schritte von der Hauptstraße entfernt, bietet dieses Grundstück Ruhe und Stille, die man selten in der Innenstadt findet. Die erste Ebene umfasst eine aktualisierte Küche, ein Esszimmer und einen Wohnbereich sowie einen Feldsteinkamin. Es gibt auch ein halbes Bad / Waschküche. Die große Master Suite (mit einem Queensize-Bett) verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, eine Wet Bar und einen Schlafboden, der über eine Pulldown-Leiter (mit einem weiteren Queensize-Bett im Schlafboden) zugänglich ist. Französisch Türen öffnen sich auf einen schönen und privaten Steinterrasse.

Die zweite Ebene bietet zwei Schlafzimmer (eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten) und ein Badezimmer. Die Anlage ist attraktiv gestaltet und bietet mehrere Gärten und Innenhöfe sowie eine Außendusche. Das gesamte Grundstück ist mit zwei separaten Eingangstoren eingezäunt. Die belgische Blockeinfahrt bietet Platz für drei Autos.

Outstanding rental. The house was spotless and beautiful. All appliances were in working order and the host and her designated handyman were easily contacted. Kudos especially to our host, who let members of our party enter the premises a little early We couldn’t be more pleased by the whole experience, from pretty furnishings down to sugar, spices, and condiments already in the cabinets. Lovely.

Lovely home on Martha’s Vineyard

I highly recommend this beautiful home for your stay on Martha’s Vineyard. The owner was very easy to work with and prompt to reply with my questions. The kitchen was well equipped and the home well maintained. It was an easy walk to shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to all parts of the island.

We've been visiting Martha's Vineyard for more than 20 years in this was our favorite rental to date. The house is on a quiet side street that is easily walkable to Main Street. It's clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It does not feel like a vacation rental, but like you are staying with a friend. The kitchen has everything you might need -- from insulated wine glasses and kids cutlery to cleaning supplies and every spice under the sun. The beds are comfortable the the bedroom arrangement is great for two couples or families -- plenty of privacy for everyone. The home even has its own little free library, such a charming touch! We had a minor electrical issue and the caretaker responded quickly to take care of the problem. Highly recommend!

Fun stay in Tinsley!

We really enjoyed our stay at VH1! The property is beautiful and spacious with great outdoor spaces and a rose garden! It was a very charming place to stay. We were able to walk into town and enjoy everything in Martha’s Vineyard from this great location.

Our stay at VH1 on Martha’s Vineyard was nothing short of magical. I had the joy of spending a week there with my college bestie and a group of close friends, and it turned out to be one of the best girls’ trips ever. The home is warm, cozy, and full of books, which made us self-proclaimed nerds feel instantly at ease and completely at home.The location was ideal; peaceful and serene, yet just 15 minutes or less from every event, beach, and experience we wanted to enjoy on the island. The ample parking made it easy for all of us to come and go without stress, and the friendly neighbors added to the welcoming vibe of the neighborhood.A special shoutout to Devin, the caretaker, who was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. And most of all...thank you, Elizabeth, for opening up your beautiful home to us. You created the perfect environment for rest, connection, and joy. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Perfect Spot!

Elizabeth's VRBO was the perfect spot to stay for my bachelorette! Plenty of space for a group of 8. Very clean and easy to manage. Elizabeth was very easy to talk to and any check in/check out instructions were clear and done with ease. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay there again!

We rent on the Vineyard every summer and this was by far one of the best rentals we have stayed in. This house is immaculate and has lots of space. The house exhibits unique character with elegant design. Great location in walking distance of stores. Perfect Vineyard Home!

The house was wonderful! Just as pictured and plenty of space. Elizabeth was an excellent host and so responsive. I wish we’d been able to spend more time in the courtyard but it was too cold on our trip. Extremely close to Vineyard Haven but there is a tricky intersection to get in and out of the house. The house is on a quiet alley street and neighbors are friendly.

The house is lovely just as listed. Due to the weather we could not enjoy the outside space. Location is wonderful and convenient. Road can be a bit busy. I would bring pillows.( Not very plush. )

Wonderful

Perfect rental for our annual Martha’s Vineyard summer vacation. Well appointed, comfortable home – easily walkable to Vineyard Haven ferry, bus, shops and restaurants, yet far enough away for quiet reflection. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room works smoothly for cooking, dining or just relaxing after a busy day at the beach/around towns or staying in when rain prevails. Great for seniors, singles or family. Elizabeth was a delightful host, gracious, organized and responsive. Excellent and thoughtful materials (How To, Tourist and Reference info) provided in advance and onsite. We would definitely come back for another stay.

The best spot for a Haven getaway

Elizabeth’s property was amazing! If you have a family or traveling with multiple people this is the place to stay. It’s clean, convenient, and perfectly situated. It was my wife and I and are 1 and 4 year old as well as her parents. Her parents stayed in the first floor room with its own bathroom and had privacy from the loud kids! If you have small kids this spot is great with multiple outdoor areas for catching sun or shade anytime of day. The house had everything bc we could want to use for cooking etc in it. And the best part - the walk to downtown Vineyard Haven is only 5 minutes!

Great house and location!

First trip to Martha's Vineyard! We really loved this house. 2 primary bedrooms was nice for us (two couples) and a wonderful kitchen and living space! Very responsive owner and caretaker. Convenient location! Would 100% recommend.
