Dieses akribisch gepflegte Domkap befindet sich im begehrten Katama-Viertel von Edgartown in einer ruhigen, privaten Sackgasse in unmittelbarer Nähe der Straßen Meshaket und Clevelandtown.

ERSTE STOCK:
Die erste Etage verfügt über ein modernes Layout mit offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereichen. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über Kathedralendecken, Parkettböden und komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten in einem Media Center mit HD-Smart-TV und Highspeed-Internet. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, einen Gasherd, einen Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Zu den Küchengeräten gehören eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, ein Toaster, eine Küchenhelfer-Küchenmaschine, ein riesiger Hummertopf und viele Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Schalen. Die Küche öffnet sich zum Essbereich, eine private Terrasse und eine abgeschirmte Veranda für einfache Unterhaltung. Ebenfalls im ersten Stock befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer / Büro mit einem Queensize-Bett sowie ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche / Badewanne und Waschküche.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Kathedralendecken. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und 2 Einzelbetten. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche / Badewanne.

We had a fantastic time on Martha’s Vineyard. The host was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. The home was perfect, It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the home’s location was ideal. We were able to conveniently visit all the local attractions. We also enjoyed the beautiful screened porch, living room and game room. So many options to choose from (I.e., large flat screen televisions, board games, ping pong, puzzles, etc.). We would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Martha’s Vineyard.

We had such a wonderful stay! From the very beginning, Korrie was so sweet, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with, which made us feel right at home. The house itself is absolutely charming, super clean, and fit our group of eight adults so comfortably. We loved all the little touches and amenities—it had everything we needed and more. We really loved sitting and hanging out on the screened in porch. We also loved being able to walk into town and explore beautiful Edgartown. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful Stay and visit!

Stayed at this property with 3 other girlfriends. The home is just as described and Korrie was wonderful to work with. The communication was great and everything went very smoothly. The home is amazing. So well stocked and Korrie is very hospitable. There weret tolietries, coffee pods, zip lock bags, paper towels and TP! So welcoming! This property is beautiful, so well decorated, comfortable, clean and located on a quiet dead end street. The porch is amazing and where we enjoyed spending coffee time every morning. We also loved watching all the birds! Korrie has put out bird feeders and they are very well used:) The location was great! Perfect for enjoying Edgartown and the rest of the island. We all agreed this was our best girls trip yet! We will be back and I highly recommend this property!

Best Vrbo House Ever!

My friends and I stayed at this wonderful property for my birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time. This is the best supplied Vrbo house I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Korrie is a perfect host and her house is amazing. Great for a family with kids in that there are 2 separate fun areas for kids and grownups! We played ping pong and put puzzles together. The first floor bedroom is perfect for those who don't love stairs. I rate this house as 5/5 stars! Thank you Korrie for such a great time!

More than perfect!

WOW! We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property!! Such a beautiful, thoughtfully decorated home with tons of space and everything we needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen was super well stocked, the bathrooms had yummy scented Vineyard bath products for use, and everything was spotless. We really enjoyed the screened in porch every morning for a cup of tea and every night wrapped in blankets while listening to the night sounds in the private backyard. The house was very close for daytime exploring or dinner out in Edgartown, while also being a short drive (or bike ride) to the beach. Korrie, the owner, was amazing. So thoughtful and communicative. Perfect house, perfect host, and more than perfect trip! Hope we can visit again sometime ❤️

Great in every way

The house was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy, uncluttered, in fine working condition, and loaded with everything you could possibly need - towels, paper products, and the most well-equipped kitchen. Sometimes, when you come to a VRBO, you feel like everything of any use and value is locked and hidden away. Here, it felt like we were trusted to just have access to their stuff. Two terrific well-kept bikes, a great ping pong table, so many games. Highly recommend!

A Special Spot

We have been renting on the Vineyard for over 15 summers and this was a top experience. The owners passion for the property shows through from with the presentation of the home and in the communication before and during the stay. Absolutely wonderful

The property was just so great. I can’t say enough about it. It is the type of place that you feel like you are still away even when you are in the house. The downstairs was great for the teens. Spent a week at this lovely property. It was peaceful and quiet, while still being walking distance to Edgartown for the 4th of July parade. We really enjoyed the finished basement, which stayed nice & cool, as well as the screened in porch. Even got to feed the birds while we were there, as the owners leave birdseed for use. Great stay!!

Martha’s Vineyard holds a special place in our hearts. My husband grew up spending summers on the island while his father, a professional pianist, played at The Navigator in Edgartown and other local venues. Shortly after my husband and I met, he introduced me to the island and I got to experience its magic firsthand. We continued to go back every chance we could. In 2018, after several years of looking, we found the house that had everything we hoped for. It’s become a retreat where we’ve made so many memories filled with laughter and joy and we love being able to share it with others. Our goal is for our guests to love the house and the island as much as we do!

We love the location of our house. It’s conveniently located within walking and biking distances to so many of our favorite places. For instance, we enjoy starting each day with a 1-mile walk westward to Morning Glory Farm for delicious food from their farmstand or food truck (biking and driving are also great options). Or, head 1-mile east and you’ll arrive on Main Street and the surrounding streets in downtown Edgartown where you’ll find boutiques, galleries, restaurants, cafes, ice cream and candy shops. In addition, you’ll see charming historic architecture and can take in stunning views of Edgartown Harbor, the Edgartown Lighthouse and Chappaquiddick. South Beach, one of the island’s most popular beaches, is just a 3-mile bike ride or car ride to the south.
