Dieser kürzlich modernisierte moderne Bungalow ist perfekt für einen sorglosen Urlaub in Stinson. Mit einem sonnigen Hinterhof und einem schönen Blick auf das Meer durch einen Eukalyptushain ist diese einfache Unterkunft einfach und macht Spaß. Der offene Grundriss für den Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich vermittelt ein angenehmes Raumgefühl und die schicke, moderne Einrichtung ist erfrischend und gemütlich. Das Deck mit Blick auf den Ozean ist direkt über einem fünf Hektar großen Monarchfalter-Waldschutzgebiet, und zu bestimmten Zeiten des Jahres haben Sie bunte Besucher vorbeifliegen. Dieser Bungalow ist ursprünglich. Hinweis: Es gibt eine steile Treppe von der Straße hinunter zum Haus. Kein Fernseher. Holzofen, Zentralheizung, Holzkohlegrill. Kleine Hunde (unter 30 Pfund) erlaubt. Mieter, die Haustiere mitbringen: Zusätzliche Gebühr für Haustiere: 25 USD / Nacht, maximal 150 USD pro Woche für längere Aufenthalte, zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr von 50 USD, Kaution von 500 USD. Nice place, walkable to beach and restaurants. Although the food wasn’t great. Best meal we ate was at Coast cafe Bolinas. Very good! House was well accommodated which was super nice. I do recommend an egg pan be added. Beautiful area and hikes were very nice.

Peace and quiet

Overall, this property was a great location. Less than 8 minutes from downtown and 15 from the beach. My family loved the stay! Super clean! Very comfortable beds and sheets. Lots of high-end cooking wear and utencils. I gave this 4 stars because the washing machine, dishwasher and shower was not working.

This is easily one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. Beautiful little house and great decor. Easy walk to the beach and view of the surf from the deck. Lots of baby deer walking by just feet away. Beds were comfy and everything was well appointed and labeled as needed. Perfect for our family of four to spend some time together. Fun little extras everywhere. The check in was easy and we can't wait to return. We named the banana slug Jerry, so say hello when you see him!

Lovely Beach Rental

We enjoyed a lovely week in Stinson Beach. The location was excellent--close enough to walk to the beach or restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of items to make the stay comfortable. Outdoor spaces were lovely and we saw deer almost nightly walking through the backyard. Our only complaint is that the beds were fairly soft. Would definitely return.

This is a beautiful house surrounded by trees. And if you open the window you can hear the waves. It is the rare property where the pictures don't do the place justice. It's better than it looks!

Wonderful Location

Stinson Beach is the best! House is in the perfect location. You can hear the ocean from inside. There is a creek running on the side and you can hear that from the porch. We would definitely stay again although there are a few things that could be better. There are big windows in the bedrooms that allow too much light in, even at night. You have to bring a sleep mask. Bedrooms are for sleeping, they should be covered. There are only 4 towels and they are so old and thin, they need to be replaced. The tiny freezer was completely covered in frost, we had to defrost it to make ice. The furniture is actually patio furniture and not comfy. And the pin to the jack and Jill bathroom kept falling out so privacy was an issue with 2 couples. All easy fixes to make the house superb. We really did enjoy our stay though and wouldn’t hesitate to pick this one again. Just being honest about the little things.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inside was clean and photos are accurate. Outside deck and patios are not maintained, nor is the yard which was overgrown to the degree that it was inaccessible. The grill and beer table are in poor condition and garden off the deck is not maintained. Outdoor bean bag chairs were dirty and unusable. There was no charcoal present for the grill or usable wood and kindling for the wood stove (as is pictured). Overhead light bulbs were missing in the kitchen, so there’s inadequate light for cooking in the evening. Kitchen utensils are in poor condition. There was no pepper or oil present, nor a baking sheet. Lights in the bathroom and sink are just bare bulbs, and not very pleasant. Bathroom is dated, but jetted tub was a nice surprise. Pink mildew along the bottom of the shower curtain. As others have noted, towels are well used, and freezer was almost unusable as it needs to be defrosted. All of the above could be easily addressed to improve the quality of the property and a visitor’s stay, otherwise, I would not stay again. Location is good, near grocery, short walk to beach and the Parkside (highly recommended).

We loved its proximity to the beach, Parkside restaurant, and the Stinson Market around the corner. The only minus is lack of investment in the basics, toaster, teapot, blender/cuisinart. What is there is worn out. The towels are thin.It's a great getaway for a couple, young family, or good friends. (The bathroom sink is in the open hall.)Highway One is responsive and kind as always.
