Nur wenige Schritte von der Costa Smeralda und den schönsten Stränden der Welt entfernt, ist unsere Gemeinde Carillon Beach eine wunderbare, private und abgelegene Gemeinde im Herzen des Florida Panhandle.

Unser Cottage mit 2 Schlafzimmern verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, einem entspannenden Wohnzimmer und einem Essbereich, die sich alle in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Betten.

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus, nur eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strand und einem Gemeinschaftspool entfernt. Unser Haus ist ideal für eine kleine Familie, einen Rückzugsort für Paare oder einen romantischen Kurzurlaub.

Our family loves Carillon Beach and this house is a perfect little cottage right in the heart of it all that keeps us coming back whenever possible. We have stayed at Posies & Pollywogs multiple times and it is closer to our hearts each time we stay.

Summer stay

Nice Cottage

My two teens and I enjoyed this home. We’ve stayed in Carillon many times and always love the neighborhood. If you’re looking for a small home with great location, this one has open living space and is adorable.

Carillon Comfort

Our stay at Carillon beach cottage, posies and polywogs was wonderful! The cottage is beautiful, so comfortable and close to the beach and pools. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This is truly a paradise worth visiting!

Wonderful week

Our family of four (kids ages 12 & 15) loved our stay here! Easy walk to the beach, kitchen had what we needed to cook, our son loves playing basketball at the court, and I love mornings sitting on the porch. We will be back!

Our favorite

We love Carillon Beach and have stayed in several homes there, but this is by far our favorite. The one-story layout, the large screened in front porch, the proximity to the beach and pools, and homey touches (you can tell this is a home and not a company-owned property).

Perfect!

We have been vacationing in Carillon for years and this may be our favorite house yet! It was perfect for our small family. The walk to the beach was just a few feet away and so easy. The house is so nicely decorated, super comfortable, and had everything we needed! The covered porch is perfection! We cannot wait to go back!

Great stay!

Loved our week at this home. It was the perfect location (very short walk to the beach) and the beach area itself wasn’t overly crowded. The home was great - clean, well stocked, etc and as advertised. We enjoyed the coffee shop and the pizza at the local/Carillon community…a 4 min walk. The owner was always good at communicating with us and answering our questions prior to the trip. We’ll be back.

Great escape...amazing location

Carillon Beach is so nice, not crowded, quite...this house is 80 yards for the boardwalk to the beach, was very easy to carry your stuff, did not need a cart. House was perfect fit for a family of 4, any more, it would have been tight. The screened porch was awesome! we spent most of our time out there. Check in and out were super easy as well... Great place to spend a week.

Perfect VRBO

We’ve been coming to Carrillon Beach for over 20 years and have stayed in several homes there. Sunnyside is definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had. Our host Spence was very easy to work with and quite accommodating. The house is steps for the overwalk to the beach and comes equipped with everything we needed for the week we were there. It’s very comfortable for 4 people. One great feature is the large, furnished screened in porch. We enjoyed breakfast and evenings there often.

The house was great and very clean. We had an issue with the thermostat due to a thunderstorm and we contacted the owner and they sent someone out to fix the problem immediately. It was a wonderful experience.

Hidden gem in Carillon

This house was a perfect fit for my family of four, which included two teenage daughters. It is centrally located in the neighborhood to a beach access walkover, and to two of the community pools. We rented bikes and beach chairs/umbrella from the community’s recommendation (La Dolce Vida) and all were waiting on us when we arrived at the house and daily at the ocean. The house has everything you need for a wonderful stay, was incredibly clean, and we would gladly stay again the future.

Another great stay

This was our family’s second stay at Posies and Pollywogs. We love this house—from the neighborhood, layout of the house, proximity to the beach (three houses away), and screened in front porch, it’s perfect for our family of four. My husband and I and our kids love the TVs in the bedrooms (a treat we do not have at home), and the cozy beds and pillows. The only things that would make this house more perfect are kitchen items (tin foil, spices, oil, etc.) and beach chairs. We brought our own fold up chairs but it would be nice to have some at the house-along with an umbrella. The property owner Spence is extremely good with communication—we booked very last-minute the night before our arrival and had no issues at all. This was our fifth stay in Carillon and confirmed Posies and Pollywogs is our favorite of all the houses we have rented.

Great Cozy Beach House

We loved our Carillon vacation! We have been coming to Carillon for 21 years and it never disappoints! This time it was just my husband and I and my daughter and her friend. This house was just big enough for us and a very short walk to the beach. Nicely decorated with comfortable beds and couches. Spence was great to correspond with and was quick to respond. The washer and dryer was in the 2nd bedroom which was an odd place but it wasn’t a big deal. We have stayed in quite a few different houses and little things like having salt/pepper and a few spices and enough trash bags for your stay, as well as having beach chairs (beach toys) included is always a nice added bonus which this house did not have…with that said we would still highly recommend this cozy beach house!

There's not a house that's less in nightly rent as close to the beach as we are. Throw in beach chairs, toys (which always leave the house and never return) and the price goes up. Thanks for the candid review.

Another great Carillon Beach vacation! The house is a perfect size for a family of four. Clean and comfortably appointed. Only a couple houses away from one of the beach walkovers. The area continues to grow in the 10 years we’ve been going to Carillon, but this community has maintained the same safe, comfortable vibe the whole time. The introduction of coded gates on beach and pool access points seems a little unnecessary, but is a very minor inconvenience.

Great stay!

We loved this cottage and the pictures did not do it justice! It was much better in person. The online description was accurate. The cottage was steps from the beach and the pools were walking distance as well. The only negative remark I would have is the communication with the owner could have been better. Maybe an informational sheet letting us know where the pools were located how to get the codes would have been helpful. There is a really cute downtown area that would have been helpful to know when we arrived. They had the best pizza. I also was not aware that we needed to provide extra toilet paper and paper towels for the week. These things didn’t change our experience we were still very good and would recommend the property and the area.

Fantastic vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! This house is the perfect beach cottage in the perfect community! The house appears to be small. However, the high ceilings throughout, makes this house perfect for a party of 4! The beach is steps away! We found the house impeccably clean and ready for us when we arrived. Grocery stores are very close! We did have to rent our own beach chairs for the week and we brought our own beach towels. We never did find any beach towels in the house. I would definitely come back to this perfect beach cottage! We spent our mornings and evenings on the amazing screened in porch! Don’t pass this house up!
