Wenn Sie direkt am Strand in einer privaten, gehobenen Gemeinde mit einem eigenen Privatstrand und wenigen Menschenmassen, einem privaten Dünenübergang vom Deck des Wohnbereichs und Wasser auf 3 Seiten Ihres Ferienhauses sein möchten, ist dies Ihr Platz! Der Golf von Mexiko befindet sich auf der Südseite, der Lake Carillon auf der Nordseite und das Carillon Beach Pool House auf der Westseite. Leicht, hell, ruhig, gepflegt und wunderschön, dieses makellose Haus bietet die Umgebung für die Ruhe und Entspannung, die Sie suchen!

Das Fairview Cottage ist ein Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern am Golf und am Pool, das sehr bequem Platz für bis zu 6 Personen bietet. Wir bieten einen König, eine Königin und zwei Zwillinge als Bettwäsche an. Fairview bietet ein umfassendes Angebot an Audiogeräten sowie einen 55-Zoll-Samsung-HDTV mit USB, HDMI, DVD und mehr. Die Gourmetküche ist voll ausgestattet für diejenigen, die lieber zu Hause kochen und speisen möchten. Sie können Ihre Mahlzeiten und einen freien Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko am Picknicktisch auf unserem Golfseitendeck genießen und nachdem Sie auf unserem privaten Dünenübergang zum Strand hinuntergefahren sind, wird er mit keinem anderen Cottage geteilt!

Feine Bettwäsche, Schreibpapier, Bücher, Videos, Puzzles und Spiele stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Wir haben auch ein komplettes Setup für Reisende mit Säuglingen und Kleinkindern, einschließlich eines Graco-Kinderbetts mit allen zur Verfügung gestellten Bettwäsche, 2 Babytoren, einem Hochstuhl, Kindergeschirr, Trinkbechern und Besteck sowie einem tragbaren Kinderwagen. Auf Wunsch stehen Ihnen auch Fahrräder und ein Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung.

Fairview ist ein großartiges Zuhause für zwei Familien, die zusammen reisen! Erleben Sie unseren schneeweißen und puderweichen Strand, 3 Pools, 2 Tennisplätze, einen Kinderspielplatz mit Picknickplatz und Basketballplatz, unser schönes neues Einkaufs- und Essviertel in der Innenstadt und vieles mehr! Sie können Ihre Jetskis mitbringen und direkt vor unseren Gemeindetoren auf dem Lake Powell starten. Wenn der Phillips Inlet geöffnet ist, können Sie in den Golf von Mexiko fahren! Jet-Skis können auch vor Ort gemietet werden.

Zwischen März und Mitte Oktober eines jeden Kalenderjahres stehen den Gästen 2 Strandliegeplätze mit Kissen und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung.

Gated Security mit Sicherheit, die die Community rund um die Uhr überwacht.

Die Lebensmittel von Winn Dixie und Publix befinden sich direkt vor den Toren der Gemeinde.

Bell Carillon mit saisonalen Konzerten befindet sich im Zentrum der Gemeinde.

Das Carillon Beach 'Meeting House' kann über das Carillon Beach-Büro für Hochzeiten / Geschäftstreffen reserviert werden.

Nicht konfessioneller Sonntagsgottesdienst um 10 Uhr. m. wöchentlich im Versammlungshaus.

We're going back every year!!!!

The fabulous Fairview cottage was just perfect for our family of 6 summer vacation. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, big wide view of the gulf, and the lovely community pool directly next door. Even when you need a break from sitting on the beach, you can sit on the back porch and it feels like you're still right there. The home is appointed beautifully and has every amenity you could ask for; it looks and feels brand new. The breeze off the gulf, especially starting in the evening, is so relaxing from both the lower deck and upper deck. I cannot say enough about how perfect this home is.

You are getting exactly what is described -- an extremely nice beach home with all the trimmings. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beach is incredible and Denise provides plenty of toys for the beach, water and bikes for land. The community is very safe, with two grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. We saw both dolphins and stingrays – the latter from 3-5 every evening. A few minor things, the sofa sleeper is suited for kids, and if you have a large group, buy ice at the grocery store. And depending on you carrier, cell phone service is spotty. Overall, our group of 8 was happy with the trip and Denise was easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and host

Chelsea was amazing about answering questions beforehand and making sure the check in process was smooth. Once there, it was one of the cleanest VRBOs we've stayed at, not a speck of a sand inside the house, yet being on the beach is a very hard task. The high chair, and stair gate worked well for our 2 year old. There were a few books for children as well. The views were breath taking. The dishes / silverware were perfect for our needs, we took our own pots (nonstick), but there was stainless steel ones available. There are even towels to remove make up, bandaids, all kinds of little things that show that they are trying to cover every need that could arise. I never had a need to contact her during our stay, but if I had, I have a feeling she would've responded instantly.

We Keep Coming Back

My family has rented this beach house at least 8 times in the past 10 years. From the very first time we stayed there we found it ideal. It is immaculately maintained with high end bedding and down comforters. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Hardwood floors and tile throughout make this more of a show home than a rental property. We love just walking off the porch right onto the very private, clean and quiet beach. It is so easy with children. In addition, the owners have provided baby gear for the home such as a highchair, portable crib, safety gates, etc. We started out bringing two young children and over the years two more babies were brought there. The gated neighborhood is safe and charming with a park, tennis courts, basketball court and swimming pools (one right next door!). Bikes are also provided. The view, serenity and calming waves are unbeatable. Sitting on the porch watching the kids play in the sand is one of life's greatest joys! My family just loves coming here. This is not your typical rental property!

Off season family trip

Off season is my favorite time to visit the beach. We have stayed in Carillon for many years. This was by far our favorite rental. The red flag kept us out of the ocean but didn’t deter our enjoyment of the beach. The pool next to the house wasn’t heated so we didn’t have any noise issues. My adult sons enjoyed golf in PCB. The seafood was disappointing, but the Publix’s across the street has delicious subs!!! Roadwork really slowed the flow of traffic on Hwy 98!! The house is fully equipped with everything you need.

Family Friendly Beach House Perfection

Relaxing on the beach

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very comfortable, listening to the waves sitting on the porch or from the beach chairs was really relaxing. Before booking we were concerned that the pool would be noisy. Chelsea (property manager) assured us it wouldn't be and she was correct. While the pool had people coming and going, it was never a distraction or nuisance. We spent most of our meals cooking in and the kitchen wasn't lacking anything that I'd consider necessary equipment. Only hiccup in our stay was I didn't realize that there was only one TV on the property, which led to friction one evening. That said, kids learned to share again. Another note on the kids, they were happy with the WiFi. I'm not sure that's important for every family, but it certainly is for mine. Chelsea was great in answering our questions. She was very prompt. We would be happy to stay at this property again.

On the south side of the home, the Master bedroom overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico with it's own private deck.
