Lakefront Cottage mit 100 'Sandstrand, Dock, Ansichten und Spielzimmer.

Heidi was a pleasure to work with. She communicated what she was looking for and we were able to accommodate her. They honored our "Please leave it as you found it" rental policy extremely well. We would love to have Heidi and her family return to our family camp anytime!

Adam and his family took good care of our family camp leaving it as they found it and they are being refunded the entire cleaning fee as part of our rental agreement.

This property is our family camp that we like to share for a select few spring, summer and fall weeks. This family was a pleasure to work with. It appears that they enjoyed all of the amenities that the camp has to offer and that's great. The camp will be clean when you arrive and we ask our renters to clean it and leave it as you found it on your way out. This family scored an A+ and we would love to have them back anytime.

Thanks for your kind review of our family camp. For the very young children we have a baby swing under the deck and our beach area is sandy with a gradual slope. We have numerous sand play toys for their use on the beach area. One second floor bedroom has air-conditioning and a TV with a DVD player which is great for the kids naps. Inside we have several wood chairs and cabinets that do not have child proof locks. Also, the floor is wide pine wood. Additionally, the electric outlets do not have child proof coverings. If those are a concern, you would have to bring your own safety items. So while there are some things that you would have to watch for with a young child, most families find our family camp a great place for kids of all ages.

This renter does rightfully highlight our superior location, cozy camp and amazing beach area. Unfortunately, some renters are looking for hotel-like finishes in a family camp. The clutter is largely dozens of card games, board games and DVD's for you and your family to enjoy. The leaves are there because we are located in the woods, right on the lake, and storms do occasionally blow in. The only smell that comes with the place is that of the pine floors and walls and the great fresh air of the New Hampshire woods. We appreciate your comments though and we guarantee that the next renter who stays here will have a fantastic time at our family camp which is only made available to those outside of the family for a few weeks each year.
