Besser kann Wohnen am See nicht sein, egal zu welcher Jahreszeit! Dieses Haus befindet sich in der ruhigen Cassie Cove. Das Haus ist modern, offen und geräumig. Wählen Sie Ihre Sommer- oder Winteraktivität und Sie können es hier tun. Für Sommergäste bietet das Haus einen Sandstrand mit einer für kleine Kinder idealen Neigung, 2 Kajaks, 1 Kanu, 2 Paddle-Boards und eine Anlegestelle. Für Wintergäste sind wir 15 Minuten von King Pine, einem tollen Familienberg, entfernt. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen Whirlpool (der Whirlpool ist in den Monaten Juni, Juli und August NICHT verfügbar!

Perfect home base for our long weekend in New Hampshire! My friends and I enjoyed the space and the lake access. The Chuslos provided excellent check-in instructions and were very responsive during our stay. Thanks for making our trip so comfortable and seamless!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Beautiful views of the lake, great deck and closed in porch to relax on. The house had everything you could need for a few days for some R & R. Jim was fantastic to deal with and was available for anything that was needed. Highly recommend this peaceful home if you're looking to stay in the area.

Great winter get away!

We spent 2 nights here to celebrate New Years with our daughter and a family friend. The house and location were wonderful--lovely view across the whole house! We loved that they allowed us to use the fireplace. House was very well-appointed and clean. We did find that the water seemed rusty/had a lot of minerals, but two jugs of bottled water covered us on that front no problem.

Peaceful and beautiful get-away from it all.

This is our second summer that our family of four spent a week on this property and it was just as lovely our first visit. The location in the Ossipee Lake cove is perfect for both relaxation (bird watching, reading, etc) and lake activity (paddle boarding, swimming, boating, fishing, etc). The beach is sandy and comfortable well into the lake’s depth. The views and sounds of the lake’s natural beauty are spectacular! The summer home itself is clean, spacious and well stocked with most everything you need for a week on the lake. The owners are caring and responsive, making booking a low stress process. If you are considering time away from “it all” in a beautiful and natural setting, I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Great little section of happy

Loved Jim’s place! It was one of the best stocked rentals we have been to. All instructions were well provided, and Jim was easy to chat with about anything we had questions on. Friends and I had a wonderful time spending a snow storm by the fireplace and in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful lake and mountains. Easy access to the ski mountains. Looked well prepped for summer fun on the lake as well with kayaks and such in the basement.

Great property!

Great location, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone! The short 15-20 minute drive to King Pine was perfect. Rented this property with 3 friends for a birthday weekend and it didn’t disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely rent this property again!

Thank you to the Chuslo family for allowing us to use your beautiful home during Christmas! Home was clean, well equipped with beautiful lake and Mountain View’s. Went snow tubing, horse and sleigh rides and shopping all close by!

Another great stay!

This is the second time that our group of friends has rented this beautiful property for a long weekend away. This house has everything you need and the hot tub and quiet location are a bonus! The listing doesn’t do justice for how great this place is!

My husband and I stayed here for almost a week! It wasn’t nearly long enough. To start with, we arrived earlier than expected. I messaged James and he was more than willing to let us add a night a day earlier than our reservation. The home is located in a very nice, private cove on the lake. The home is very spacious and clean. The view....it is breathtaking! We watched the loons on the lake everyday. We used the kayak provided and fished. The hot tub...it’s amazing! The jets are the best I have ever seen and the view from the hot tub of the lake is phenomenal. The home is in a great location for numerous activities and places to see that aren’t to far away. The bed was super comfortable! You can see views of the lake out almost every window. I would give this home a 10 star if I could. We absolutely loved it and plan to return yearly! Thanks James and family for everything.

Stunning Property!

The property was absolutely perfect. The beach was perfect for our children and the amenities were great for adults (kayaks, tubes, canoes, paddle boards and all safety gear). There was plenty of indoor space for the one rainy day we did have. The cove was nice and quiet and FILLED with fish. James was EXTREMELY responsive to all our needs and we hope to stay in touch and return next year!

We had a wonderful stay at “The Bays.” It was the perfect vacation home for families with children. The beach was clean and perfect for swimming in. In the morning we loved kayaking over to the sand bar to explore. We hope to stay here again!

Amazing!

This home is picture perfect and absolutely amazing. Home was clean and equipped. Owner is very caring and checked to make sure everything was comfortable for us. Beach and water are perfect for small children and the bay is quiet with little traffic. Loved the sandbar. Kayaked with the loons following me. Ended the week with a beautiful rainbow over the bay. Wish I could stay forever.

Have stayed twice, hope to again!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and I can't say how wonderful it really is. The kids LOVE the lake and sandy beach, the house is wonderful, the location perfect, the house very comfortable, and I love hearing the loons call across the lake at night. Truly Heaven on the Water!

We had a great week at this house on Ossipee Lake with another couple of great friends. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and the views were amazing!!! We enjoyed visiting Castle in the Clouds, the Sap House Meadery, White Mountain Winery, Zeb’s, the Winnipesaukee Winery and Beveridge Craft Beer company. All were fairly close by and allowed us to spend time just relaxing at the house. Jim was awesome to work with and made sure we had everything we needed shortly after we arrived. We’d definitely recommend this house and hope to visit again.

We are a working family with 3 children. We love the outdoors and our home on Ossipee Lake is perfect if you do as well. We wish we could get there more often, but due to work and family commitments, it is often hard. If we can't be there though, it is our goal is to make sure you enjoy your visit to our home as much as we do!

The home is 3 bedrooms and spacious enough to entertain friends and family. Maximum number of people is 9. There is a master bedroom with a king bed, a room with a queen bed and bunk room with 5 beds. The home has a dock and a sandy beach with a gradual incline into the lake for our young children.
