Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage auf der 12. Etage mit direktem Blick auf die Außenpools am Phoenix Gulf Shores mit unglaublichem Panoramablick auf den Golf vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer! Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Haustürschloss, so dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit Schlüsseln auf dem Laufenden bleiben müssen! Sie können einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster in der Einheit genießen. Mit über 1.980 m² ist das Gerät sehr geräumig, neu möbliert und neu auf dem Mietmarkt!

Die Ausstattung dieser Wohnung in Phoenix Gulf Shores ist reichlich: Die Einheit ist mit Geräten in voller Größe, Wet Bar mit Eismaschine, 65-Zoll-Flachbild-HDTV im Wohnzimmer und einem 55-Zoll-Flachbild-HDTV im Haupt- und 2. Schlafzimmer und 45-Zoll-Fernseher ausgestattet. HDTVs im 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer, Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer, zwei Full-Size-Betten im 4. Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa.

Es gibt einen fantastischen Zero-Entry-Außenpool mit Wasserrutsche, einen beheizten Innenpool, zwei hochmoderne Fitnesscenter mit Blick auf den Golf, Grillmöglichkeiten und einen Tennisplatz.

Es gibt ein Mindestalter von 25 Jahren, um das Gerät zu reservieren. Bei Verstößen wird es nicht erstattet.

Condo is very large and decorated nicely. Great view from large corner condo with views from the beach and the bay. Some upholstery is a bit worn. Our first morning when trying to cook breakfast we realized there was only worn out scratched pans so I emailed the condo and they delivered a brand new set of pans and skillets within an hour so that was impressive. We would stay here again. Very convenient to everything and the bed rooms were very nice with comfortable mattress's.

A cute, nice place

This stay was pretty great. The rooms were pretty nice but the pillows in the master bedroom were a little thin. Also, the jetted bathtub does not work. The dryer needs a little maintenance as it doesn't dry clothes very well. Also, it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and a pot holder. However, other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was a nice temperature and the hot tub was relaxing. Being on the beach was really very relaxing and convenient. We would stay here again.

This was the first of many years to come with an annual Girls Trip and Phoenix did not disappoint.

Great location and suite looked exactly like the pictures did on vrbo's website. Very spacious and accommodating. Only thing is carpet and rugs in the bed and living rooms could have been cleaned a little better but all in all it was Amazing!

July 4th Family Vacation

We had a great time at this condo! There is plenty of room and places to sleep. The kids absolutely loved the pool and slide, and the beach area was great also. We had no issue finding a parking space, and never waited on an elevator. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped for cooking for a large group, but that is our only observation.

Perfect location excellent building

Our stay couldn't have been better. The beach is footsteps away and the kids absolutely loved the pool with slide. Great restaurants and shopping are minutes away. We even used the grills on the ground level to make dinner one night. Our unit(1201) was very nice we dont have a single complaint. Overall a great family trip and we plan to visit again in the future!

Really Enjoyed our Stay

Very nice property right on the beach. Our family had a great vacation here. Condo was clean and very nice. Walk right out from the pool area to the beach. Close enough to walk to some restaurants. Nice kitchen to cook in so you don’t have to eat out at every meal. Charcoal grills available down by the pool. Had a couple very minor issues, and Property Manager responded immediately to take care of them. Would definitely stay here again when vacationing in Gulf Shores.

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect! Beautiful view, beach was not busy, we saw dolphins from the balcony each morning, condo had everything we needed for a family of 9 (including an infant), plenty of space for all of us, it was very clean and close to all local attractions. Staff was very responsive so I could easily plan our trip and everything was in working order when we arrived! We had zero problems with the condo! Highly recommend this unit! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was lovely, with beautiful views of the gulf. The checkin/check out process very simple. We enjoyed our stay. Two small items were a slight problem. All the patio furniture was shoved against a far wall and zip tied together and since we had invited our son and daughter-in-law over for a drink on the patio before going to dinner and were unable to and a minor thing was there were only 10 hangers in the entire 4 bedroom unit. But, as I said those were minor and we would stay there again.
