Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay! Property was clean and spacious. We spent countless hours in the pool and hot tub, very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

AMAZING

My family and I stayed here, the house was clean & very nice! Very accommodating for a large family like mine, especially for people traveling with toddlers/babies. We will 100% be staying here again on any future trips to Disney.

Quiet stay

Quiet and safe neighborhood, with stores and restaurants nearby. The kids really enjoyed the pool and provided pool toys. Lighting in the house needs updating, but otherwise quite a comfortable stay.

Great location to WDW parks. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Pool was great! Super helpful that there was a crib, high chair, umbrella strollers, baby gate, and double stroller!

Great spot!

Our stay was nice and our host was accommodating and very timely with her responses. the kitchen had everything we needed. My kids loved the pool! Adding the heat for the spillover spa/pool was definitely a great decision. We loved our stay!!

Nice and easy

The location was great. Lots of stores and places to eat nearby. Easy access to Rte 192 which you take for about 6 miles to the exits for Disney. House was clean with good size rooms. Will stay here again in 2 years when i take another great nephew to disney for his 10th birthday.

Property was good and suitable for a family of seven although it could have used a few more bath towels and pool towels. Window treatments could benefit from an update. Location was wonderful.

Wonderful Pool

The pool at this property was well maintained and was the focal point of our vacation. The furnishings and amenities in the home were as expected for the price point of the rental. We would stay again just to enjoy the pool, my kids were in love with swimming right out the back door.

Great Property

Great property and location! It was perfect for our family. Had multiple items that were very helpful such as a crib and high chair. Owners communication was amazing! We never had any issues at or with the home. Thanks for the great stay!

Very good property

Communication with the renter was great. Property was clean and the pictures were accurate. We were a bit disappointed that the club house pool was out of commission and that there was no arcade as indicated. We can would stay again.

Youngest daughters first DZNY trip

Michelle made the rental process simple and stress free. All questions promptly answered. House was very nice and as advertised. My daughter gives DZNY, the house and pool a thumbs up!!

As a family of 5 with 2 kids, the kids loved the pool. The kitchen was clean and functional. Spacious rooms. Game room is not air conditioned. The clubhouse amenities are great. McDonald's is a less than 10 minute walk from the property. The house is kind of dated.The host was very responsive to any concerns that we had.

Great location for Disney!

Clean property, with what appears to be brand new carpet. Pool is heated upon request and a great size. Appliances are all in great shape. House is nice for a toddler, I wasn’t stressed about what he was into. Location is good for Disney, Universal is farther but still very doable. Easy communication with the owner and we were not left with a huge to do list at checkout. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was as described and exactly what my family of 8 neeeded. The only bad thing is it isn’t the location made to believe when you book. Other than that perfect, great neighborhood, good communication with owner and awesome house. We will stay again.

More bad than good at this rental. From the poor frying pans to multiple days with no pool heat. Many blinds didnt even open on the windows. Only plus was a great washer and dryer. And a highchair.

We were not notified of any issues with frying pans or window blinds during the stay and would have gladly addressed them if reported. Regarding the pool heat, one confirmed breaker issue was resolved immediately, and on other occasions our manager inspected the system and found it operating normally. We appreciate your comments and remain committed to maintaining a well-managed and responsive rental for our guests.

Pool was dirty screen on patio was torn wide open screen door fell off and my son had to fix it back on air conditioning fell apart but a repairman came on Easter to fix it but in the meantime I put a fan on it and soaked up as much water as I could. I suspect it will have damage because it was starting to smell bad the last day we were there.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the pool, after you shared photos, we reviewed them carefully and found that the pool itself was clean. The discoloration visible in the photos was due to cosmetic wear on the pool finish rather than dirt or algae. The damaged section of the pool enclosure screen was caused by severe storms that had recently passed through the area. We have since completed the necessary repairs. We were not made aware of any issue with the screen door during your stay, but after receiving your review, we inspected all screen doors at the property and addressed any maintenance items. When the air conditioning drain line became clogged, our HVAC technician responded the same day, even though it was Easter. The system has been fully optional. We also inspected the area afterward and confirmed there was no resulting water damage or lingering moisture issue. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Maintaining the home in good condition is important to us, and we continue to address maintenance promptly so future guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.
