Willkommen in 8 Bramble Lane, einem gemütlichen Strandhaus in der malerischen Wohnanlage The Hammocks am Seagrove Beach. The Hammocks ist eine kleine Gemeinde mit charmanten Küstenhäusern mit gehobenen Akzenten im Herzen von 30A nur wenige Minuten von Seaside. The Hammocks verfügt über zwei Gemeinschaftspools sowie eine private Naturpromenade, die einen Startpunkt mit Zugang zum Western Lake bietet.

Wenn Sie die 8 Bramble Lane betreten, werden Sie feststellen, dass dieses Haus wunderschön eingerichtet und einladend ist. Die große Küche des Küchenchefs ist mit professionellen Geräten und viel Platz ausgestattet, um Ihr Lieblingsessen zubereiten zu können. Der große Bauernhof Esstisch ist Platz für acht Personen und die geräumige Kücheninsel hat Bar für drei Personen. Der Wohnbereich im ersten Stock bietet komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Flachbild-TV.

Sie werden die König Master-Suite im ersten Stock mit eigenem Bad mit begehbarer Dusche finden. Ein Queen-Gästezimmer befindet sich ebenfalls auf der ersten Etage mit Gemeinschaftsbad.

Wenn Sie der Treppe zum zweiten Stock folgen, werden Sie vom zweiten Wohnbereich mit Bar und Sitzgelegenheiten für die ganze Familie begrüßt. Beautiful house in a perfect location. It was a 5 minute golf cart ride or 15-20 minute walk to downtown Seaside. The house was just as described, very clean and the company was so helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

We had the best stay at this house, everything was clean and looked great. It was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and seaside. Oversee went above and beyond on how they make the whole process work! Will definitely stay at this house again next summer!

Beautiful Property!

This was our first trip down to the Seaside area and we loved every moment of it! This house was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 7, 5, and 2). It felt new, was very clean, and was a short drive/comfortable walk to the center of Seaside (.9 miles). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Love the location and all the amenities in the house. Helpful instructions and information provided for any emergencies. Very friendly management and if any concerns or questions I had, I was provided with a quick response. The house is very beautiful and cozy too.

Great Property!

Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood within walking distance (> 1/2 mile) to the beach, the grocery store and Seaside square (~3/4 mile). Neighborhood pool was super close. Plenty of room in this spacious house-easily accommodated 10 adults. The house was immaculate. Would definitely rent again.

Great home

This is a great home with large bunk beds upstairs. Very close to the SeaGrove Village Market and Surfing Deer restaurants. The walk to Seaside restaurants is only 10-15 min. The house is in a gated neighborhood but next to the main road so there is some street noise heard in the master bedroom at night. Quiet pool is also very close.

The house and location were absolutely perfect

We loved the property. The only thing I would add is a mirror upstairs somewhere. It was hard for others getting ready upstairs that were staying in the bunk if the bathroom was occupied. Otherwise it was fabulous!

Great house and great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The management company was very helpful when we had issues during our stay. I highly recommend Oversee Rental company when renting a property in this area. We would rent this house again.

The property was clean and the app made an easy check in/out process. The house is beautiful inside and out.

Exceptional Stay

This quaint gated community with beautiful new homes provided us with a memorable stay. The home provided plenty of space for me and my 3 teens. It was well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. Great location, easy bike ride to Seaside. Responsive property management company. The only improvement to recommend, window coverings on the windows on the main floor. With the beautiful lighting in the home, window coverings will give the much needed privacy at night. I highly recommend this property.
