Perfect space and location!

Everyone was so friendly at the property. There was so much to do in the area and the location of the room was great! We sat and watched fireworks right outside our door.

Westgate Lakes

We had an excellent time. The resort has everything you need and the location is nearby to everything. Our view on our balcony was of the lake and was beautiful. The air conditioners below our balcony were noisy. Had a great time and would stay again.

The room was awesome along with the placement with the other tourist areas. The only issue we had was trying to hook up our fire stick to the tv because the dresser was in the way.

Great location

Beds were very comfortable. Plenty to do in the facility. The restaurant was outstanding. Ventilation was only issue. If neighbor had something for dinner , you felt like it was cooked in ur room. Bring air freshener to get rid of smell. The location was very convenient to universal and Disney and dining. We would stay there again

Beautiful property!

Loved the property! Great pools! Great service at Tiki Bars and Restaurants Our room was not very clean. Found a used dental floss stick on the floor next to the bed. Should have been easy to Spot when cleaning the floor. Wi-Fi should be free at a Resort that big!

We stayed here to ride out Hurricane Ian. Overall the property was nice. It was unfortunate that most of the activities advertised weren’t open. The entire resort closed for half a day which was disappointing considering the worst of the storms has passed. I would love to stay here again not in a storm though.

Everything was beautiful, we loved the property, the beautiful villa, everything was wonderful except the cleaning, they did not do our room for a single day nor did they leave us personal hygiene items out there, everything was wonderful

The location is pretty good. Yet, don't expect the room or facilities you saw in the pictures when you arrive there. The pictures are unnecessarily shining. The room is much smaller than what you see in the photos. I don't recommend going there if you have a child. The manager probably puts the photos of the resort which is not accurate with what we faced.

Great Value/Budget friendly resort

My overall experience at Westgate Lake Resorts was a great. There was some confusion with my original check in instructions that lead me to believe this could be a scam but upon investigation I learned this was a time share property. I'm assuming the original location(BARGAIN WORLD) was to do the sells pitch. However we where able to skip that process and just check in with the front desk at Westgate Resorts and upon arrival my room was upgraded to a 2 bed suite and we where greeted with a smiling friendly CSR. Property was well maintained and clean. Location is perfect to all surrounding parks and super easy to get to. Highly recommend Westgate Lake Resorts for a family looking to do Orlando on a Budget.

Westgate stay

The room was ok except the bathroom, there was hardly any water pressure and the shower did not get hot, just warm. We had to change our dates and we could not be accommodated for our last day without having to pay more money. Property manager did not work with us that last day and that was a disappointment.

The only issue I had was the battery from the fire alarm was low, so it kept going off all night. Also the hot water didn’t really last long. Had to change rooms, but everyone was accomendating and nice

It was just as described. I love the fact that it was in the first floor. easy to get too and the hotel overall is nice with lots to do during the holidays. walmart and gas is around the corner and the owner is very responsive during it all.

fantastic anniversary trip for my husband and I.

We loved our stay. The owner was very kind and quick to follow up with us. Our room was clean and more spacious than anticipated, and we had a fantastic time. We enjoyed all the activities at the resort. The only complaint was amount of time we had to wait for check-in.

No AC

My entire stay was uncomfortable due to there being No AC in the unit . I reached out to management who sent a tech out but the tech wasn’t able to fix the AC. Not only this , but check in took a whole hour . The line was literally out the door. I wanted to be switched to another room but due to me booking through Vrbo management couldn’t refund my stay or switch my room . I was told to let Vrbo know of the issues to be refunded .

Worst stay

The room was great but it was all about selling you a timeshare or membership.
