Dieses Haus liegt auf einem wunderschön angelegten Grundstück mit tropischen Pflanzen und schattigen Spazierwegen. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und genießen Sie etwas Vitamin D am Gemeinschaftspool oder tauchen Sie ein, um sich von der Sonne zu erholen. (Es gibt sogar ein spezielles Kinderbecken für die Kleinen!) Nice stay with a few issues

The place was beautiful and we loved the pool. The only issue was the mattress on the pullout bed had pee stains with no mattress protector and the WiFi was out for a day until we called to get it fixed. I would stay again but just check the beds for pee stains.

A nice change of pace.

We came to enjoy spring break but still had to do a little work. The accommodations were perfect for our situation! Worked during the day and enjoyed the view and location once work was done. Close to the beach, the pool was nice and the overall location was quite quiet and relaxing. Nice location to many food spots as well. Clean place and very comfortable.

Great Vacation

We loved the location . The neighbors were very nice . The condo had a lot of room . Everything was there that you needed for our stay . There was a couple things that needed attention . The dryer vent was either off or plugged , the door was missing some weather stripping along the lock side , and the ceiling fans needed some dusting which is something that can be taken care off easily. All and all I won’t recommend this place to a friend .

It was okay

The house needs updates, and improved kitchen supplies. It wasn't good for a family to stay for more than a few days, especially when we cook a lot. The walk is far from the condo, no convenient for unloading and loading things. At least it is your designated spot witch is the one plus. The beds were very comfortable and the inside was nice. The whole complex has a major ant problem and we got bit several times at this complex. The pool is very nice, the kids have their own little are with water sprinklers.

Nice Condo

For the most part we enjoyed out stay here and appreciated the spices, coffee and filters provided. One of the coffee pots didn't work, but thankfully there were two of them. The pots/pans could use updating. One of the dining chairs had loose, wobbly legs. The tables beside the bed in the back bedroom were too small. Also would have been nice if both bedrooms had blackout curtains, as lots of light comes in through the windows. It would be nice if extra thick blankets were provided for the master bedroom, guest bedroom and another for the living room in case someone slept on the couch. Condo was close to the beach, nice pool area.

Was suppose to be a relaxing mini vacay and was not.

Stayed in March was promised a credit due to issues with the stay, had to pay out of pocket for items that were stated on the listing in the home but did not have. I have now made several calls to VRBO and Vacasa and each is pointing fingers regarding the credit. Just a little food for thought DO NOT PROMISE A CREDIT AND NOT ISSUE and not expect a horrible review!!!

Great weekend getaway

Condo is in a great location with good access to the beach just 5 minutes away. The condo was clean and rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. The main bathroom sink drained slow but not a deal breaker. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/silverware etc, with the exception of a roll of paper towels. Luckily I always bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Pool was too cold to get in. It’s advertised as heated but after speaking to a neighbor who has been there a couple of months, he informed us that it hadn’t been heated the whole time he’s been there. Also the pool needed a cleaning but otherwise the property itself is great. There are gas grill located around the complex and that’s a plus when taking your own food to cook. All in all I would recommend this condo and/or book it again.

Couldn’t check in for almost three hours after check in time at 4 pm. So it was almost 7 pm before we were allowed into the property. Poor communication with property management/owner. Originally offered late check out with no requirement of choosing that option on a time line and then when I chose late check out, was refused the option and said there was a time limit to select. Property was not well kept. Kitchen items for cooking were slim to none. Parking is a joke. With spaces so small you can barely get in and out of vehicle when someone parks in the space next to you. No dumpster accessible on property so no way to dispose of any trash. No extra trash bags provided and that was not stated in the listing. Didn’t find dish scrubber until second day of stay. Very unorganized property. Do not stay here if you want a nice stay!

TV in the living room did not work TV in the second bedroom did not work only the TV in the master worked. I was told by management they would come in the morning for the TV issue TV in the living room broke. They said they were going to bring a new one and they never did. The AC units are all outside the bedroom windows, unable to sleep because of the noise. The outside patio was very dirty. besides that everything else was awesome would definitely rent again, but I would get the two-story condos all one story condos have the AC units outside of the bedroom windows.

Sink in master bath is slow to drain, this was a previous writeup from another guest in April. There are no extra paper towels, again, another previous writeup from April. Why are guest writeups not acted upon? The porch gate has no latch, the porch is grungy and dirty. Front door binds and scrapes against door frame. Front door blinds not attached at bottom. TV in secondary bedroom is not connected to anything. Cannot use it. Toilet in secondary bathroom runs frequently day and night. The owners need to do some maintenance on the property. On the upside, the complex is close to Whitecap beach and the pool is nice.

Beautiful place and great location

Property is lovely within a few steps to the swimming pool and only a few blocks to the beach by car. The place is nice , but a few things could be improved. First there was a wasp nest under the porch that did not get taken Care of after several notifications. There needs to be a few blankets in the condo. There was none. Coffee maker and toaster did work. After dig around we did find another coffee maker In the cabinet. There were not enough forks. Lots of silverware but only 4 forks and only one trash bag. No replacements. So I would suggest to upgrade some of these things. Not sure I would rent this unit again because of that. We’ve stayed there for going on 15 years and other units are better equipped.

Poor housekeeping service.

The place was great, very beautiful. Unfortunately I do have to rate is as a 1star. Friday when we checked in the unit smelled very bad, to our surprise it hadn't been cleaned. Kitchen counters dirty, floors dirty, showers not cleaned, All furniture was dirtyand No cleaning supplies. My husband went out Saturday morning to buy cleaning supplies to clean ourselves since housekeeping did not do their job! We wasted our Saturday morning cleaning, which I could’ve stayed home For that. Housekeeping do better! Management of unit do better! Unit 402 definitely needs a deep clean. My husband emptied the vacuum which was full of trash and dog hair. He vacuumed the whole place and the vacuum was filled with trash and more dog hair, DISGUSTING! My son would sit on the rug in the living around the table to play with his toys. He would get up and had dog hair all over him, once again DISGUSTING!

Better places closer to beach to stay in

The only thing we enjoyed about our stay here was that the condo was close to the pool. However, both the kiddie pool and adult pool were both full of sand, murky looking. Pool area was dirty and had an unpleasant smell around it. Had to pick up some trash and throw into wastebasket in pool area. Water feature on kiddie pool wasn't working or for some reason wasn't turned on, except for 30 minutes when the pool man turned it on, then shut it off. The condo floor was dirty, there was trash underneath the couch, 2 table chairs had broken legs and were unstable. Hall light wasn't working, microwave light wasn't working. Shower in master bedroom was uncomfortable as all the water was going towards a corner of the shower and it had to literally squeeze into that corner to get water on us. Extra blankets could have been provided for the sleeper sofa. Sheets on sleeper sofa weren't clean, as I think I got an eye infection from sleeping on it. We were told check in time was 4 pm, so that house cleaning could do a thorough job cleaning the condo due to COVID 19. However, they obviously aren't doing a good job, as it was till dirty. No trash bags were provided as a courtesy, same thing with coffee/filters. Due to our stay here, I would recommend this place to family/friends. Not impressed.
