The condo was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Everything is labeled so it is easy to find what you need. Mary Johnson was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to any questions. The condo is located near many restaurants and easy trolly ride to the Siesta Key Village area.

The condo was amazing in terms of location on Crescent Beach, the cleanliness, the amenities and the condo itself was amazing. The owner, Mary, really has thought of everything, which really made our stay feel like we were at home, while staying at a luxury condo on the beach in Siesta Key. I was in contact with Mary several times via VRBO and text and she was quick to reply and always accommodating. I would definitely stay in this condo again in the future. The condo was a great place to stay. It had a lot of things you could use and everything was clearly labeled. It was easy to access the beach and pool. There are places to eat within walking distance and a trolley stop nearby to go to Siesta Key Village.

The place was nice and exceptionally clean. We have stayed at multiple places in Florida and the floors always seem to make your feet dirty, but this place did not have that issue, which was a first. We spent a lot of time on the patio at night and loved the furniture. Beds were comfortable and owner was friendly and made sure everything went well. The location was great because it was by several restaurants. The insulation was great because there were bands playing and you could not hear anything from the inside. The pools were nice and they were quick to respond to a hot tub that was down for less than 24 hours, which is amazing. I would highly recommend this condo complex and this specific unit.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the condo. The unit was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The private beach access and well-maintained pool area gave us the best of both worlds — relaxation by the water and all the conveniences just steps.The owners/management were also incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. The host was very responsive to the one or two concerns we had. The property was quite clean, Our biggest concern is that the photos on the VRBO website do not entirely comport to the actual conditions of the property. For instance, there is no outdoor grill even though one is pictured. Some of the living room furniture pictured is actually there, but a lot of the furniture pictured is not present. While we had a pleasant stay and it pains me to say anything negative, I feel like its less than honest of me to not say that we were disappointed with the furnishings and the degree to which the pictures did not match the actual conditions in the living room and patio. The condo was well stocked with sundry items such as detergents, toilet paper, foils, etc. The location can't be matched and the other condo owners clearly make an effort to be welcoming and friendly which we appreciated very much.

Hi Tom, My goal is always for my guests to have a 5 star experience. I am sorry that you felt your stay was less than excellent. It is true that the grill on the lanai was not available for your use. It had to be removed just prior to your arrival. There is a community grill available for guest use. I did notify all booked guests, giving them an opportunity to cancel if that was an important feature to them. Also, I believe you are referring to the recliners in the living room pictures. The reclining mechanisms were damaged and inoperable, so they were replaced with a comfy couch -more suitable for a rental property. These issues came up right before your arrival and I was unable to update the listing pictures prior to your booking. I hope you will give my property another chance in the future. Mary

Loved it!

We had the best stay! The host had thought of absolutely everything you could ever need! Even had a trinket dish to put my earrings in. This would easily be a good place to stay if flying. We all commented how nice the sheets felt. Its in a great location, we were able to walk to dinner, rent an umbrella and have a front row seat to the best sunsets! I especially loved having our designated private beach and only 3 rooms on our floor. We had plenty of space and good size tvs too!

Wonderful stay - Perfect location

The description of the condo was accurate and it is right on the beach. Condo was completely furnished with everything we needed for our vacation including beach towels. Everything was labeled and the condo was very clean. Restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and grocery are right across the street which is so convenient.

Great location & clean!

Beautiful condo and perfect location to get dinner at local restaurants or get ice cream with the family. We did many dinners at the condo on the beautiful lanai with a built in grill also. Mary had every drawer labeled and provided many extras! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our week so much! Everything was perfect and just as described. The unit had every amenity imaginable and was spotlessly clean. My niece loved the close proximity to Captain Curt’s and Orange Octopus, we walked over almost every night for ice cream. The pool and beach were easily accessible and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Overall it was a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We have been coming to Siesta Key for over 40 years! We absolutely love it here and hope to spend more time here in the future. We live in Wisconsin, so it is a welcome escape during the winter. It is also a place that is full of life and a beautiful beach. We like to run, bike, swim, hike, paddle-you name it! We know you will love it as much as we do! We like to spend time here and have made it our second home. You will benefit from all the amenities that we keep on hand for ourselves and for our guests. Such as a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. Please let us know if we have forgotten anything!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You cannot beat it. Our property is right on the gulf and across the street from everything else! And yet we are far enough off the street to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere without the noise from the busy-ness across the street! You can walk to everything you need-bars, restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, gifts shops, boat/bike/kayak/jet ski rentals, grocery and more! And the building manager is extremely friendly and helpful!

My unit has many extras that others do not supply. Such as spices, cooking supplies, private outdoor grill and mini fridge, beach towels, coffee supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, first aid and more. You will not be disappointed and will want to return again and again!
