Der offene Grundriss ist geräumig und perfekt für die Unterhaltung. Das Wohnzimmer hat viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Wunderschön eingerichtet mit Ledersofa, Love-Seat, Recliners und 65 "Smart TV / Blue Ray DVD.
Dieses geräumige und helle Gerät verfügt über eine renovierte Küche, Granit, Mikrowelle, Edelstahl-App. und Waschmaschine / Trockner. Kühl und komfortabel zu sein, wird leicht gemacht, da unser Gerät über eine zentrale Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren in jedem Raum verfügt.
Die Master-Bedroom-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit neuer Komfort-Top-Matratze, Flachbild-TV, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes, umgestaltetes Badezimmer. Loved the location and the host always willing to answer any question I had. Tons of things to do in walking distance. Restaurants, bars, coffee, shops (7-11 and a liquor store). Only complaint is the vents were dirty/coming off the wall and needed to be replaced. I reached out to the owner about this issue and she responded immediately and said she would take a look.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time! The condo had lots of space for us to hang out together. My parents are elderly so it was very easy walk to the beach for them. The kitchen was well stocked. Our host, Sue, was fantastic! She gave me a list of restaurants to try during our week there and we tried most of them. They were delicious. I highly suggest renting umbrella’s and chairs.

The property was exactly as advertised! Beautiful location, close to everything we needed, a lovely beach adjoined to the property, and a spacious, enjoyable spot to relax in. Would absolutely return. Also, Sue was a fantastic host who immediately responded to any issue we had.

Spacious & Well Appointed

We loved our stay in 502. Perfect location, large and well equipped. Modern and comfortable accommodations for 5 adults with plenty of room to spread out. Susan was great to work with and everything was as advertised. Easy walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants and yet just steps from the beautiful sand on crescent beach. Laundry in the unit was a much appreciated amenity as well as a giant couch and flat screen TV. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was more beautiful than the pictures! Communication was awesome with Sue and she gave us so many recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Steps to the ocean and great restaurants. Remember to take parking permit out of your rental car on departure, sorry Sue.

We have stayed at 10 different properties in siesta over the years and this is by far the best. From amenities, to location, size, views, it's all top notch. You will not find a better 3 bedroom unit on the beach. Sue is great and super responsive. You will have to spend near double the money to find a unit that competes.

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying at one of Sue's properties. This year we booked the penthouse 3BR for our yearly trip to Siesta Key. As was the case last year, communication with the owner was easy and excellent. There was a minor issue and she responded quickly to resolve it for future occupant stays. This condo had everything we needed including a washer and dryer (which I don't believe we had in the 2BR) and a view of the beach from the bedroom and living/dining areas. The large TV was great after a long day in the sun and there was more than enough seating. We rented umbrellas and chairs from the little place by the beach and enjoyed the most delightful weather. We will for sure be returning next year!

Nice, but lacking in some areas

-Property seemed to be generally well maintained other than the windows appeared like they haven't been washed in years (salty grease all over them). -Water from shower heads barely trickled out and are only five feet tall (difficult to use for a tall person). -There was mold in the showers (yuck). -Beds were far too soft. We sank so far into them that our backs and necks ached every morning. -Zero communication from owner that the fire alarms were being tested one morning while we were there (unpleasant). --Pool is located towards the road rather than on the beach side so if you need a bathroom while on the beach you have to go all the way to your unit or to the complete other end of the building. -Balconies are on the north side of the building so impossible to get any sun (poor design). -An OK experience was further dampened by the owner's lack of professionalism. We booked our unit well in advance and paid when requested. Come to find out, there was a special price deal that was offered on the weeks before and after our stay. To the tune of almost $85/night difference, I of course inquired for a credit twice. Owner refused to even acknowledge my messages. Quite disappointed in such a lack of character. We will go elsewhere next time.

Perfect place.

We had a wonderful week with the family, celebrating our younger son engagement and our older one 40th's birthday Unit was perfect, a lot of space for everyone, comfortable beds, beautiful deco, gorgeous view from the big balcony. The condo is in a great area, restaurants, ice cream shops, and little stores in front of building, no need to move your car. Communication with host was great, felt like talking with a family member. This is the perfect place in Siesta, don't think twice and book it. Thank you Sue.

It was a great week and the condo was beautiful. Had no issues and the host was very responsive. I would warn people needing handicap accessible facility that the front stoop has a short step up. If you have a motorized wheelchair it might be an issue. My husband was able to get in and out, but it took some help from my son. Would definitely come back!

Perfect Beach Condo

The Condo exceeded our expectations with cleanliness, nice kitchenware, and a super nice owner/host. The living room is super spacious with a large tv for nighttime movie watching. The views of the ocean are great, only slightly missing the sunset view. We enjoyed the balcony all hours of the day because of a nice breeze that blows through. Overall, a great place to stay and we may be coming back in the future!

Spacious Comfort Close to Everything

My family stayed in Sue's penthouse for 7 nights and we didn't want to leave! The penthouse is well appointed with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a washer and dryer, and beautiful views of the ocean. You can't beat the location. The beach is only a few steps away as well as a heated pool and a really nice grilling area. Just a short walk across the street is a smaller grocery store that has everything you'll need. There are many delicious restaurants across the street as well. We did not rent a car because there are free trolleys that run from turtle beach all the way to Sarasota. The trolley stop is right near the condo and runs about every 30 minutes. Frog Hop is another option and passes by the condo more often at no cost with the exception of a tip. The owner, Sue, was very responsive. We really enjoyed our vacation and would definitely return.
