Everything is new, kitchen, baths, flooring, interior paint, appliances, furniture, dishes, central air and the washer and dryer.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this whimsical and wonderful this stay was for our family. Every detail was covered. From pool chairs and inflatables to a wagon and umbrellas, we wanted for nothing. The 3 minute walk to the pool and splash pad was amazing, not to mention the cafe with decent food and ALL the beverages poolside. (Get there early because the chairs fill up... Fast. All in all, the stay was 1000/10 and we've booked our return trip for next year already!! Thank you so much, The Mallia Family

Awesome Resort for a Disney Vacation

The property was in great condition, clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Robert was a great host and responded to me quickly. The resort itself is much nicer than comparable resorts in the Orlando area. The pool and surrounding amenities were great for the kids and the resort is less than 10 minutes to the Disney parks!

Amazing Vacation Home!

We had a truly wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home had all the amenities we needed and more. We were especially impressed by how well equipped it was for families with young children. Having access to items like a stroller, wipes, high chair, bed rails, and other kid friendly essentials made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The place itself is beautifully furnished, thoughtfully decorated, and very comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful (great when the kids take an afternoon nap!). It suited our entire family perfectly, from young kids to seniors. Robert and Flavio were fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating, kind, and understanding, especially when there was a small incident involving one of the decorative items. Their communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring throughout our stay. The location is ideal, close to grocery stores and just a short drive to Disney World. The resort amenities were an added bonus, including the swimming pool, water park, arcade and play area, fitness center, and more. We truly had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property. Amazing hosts and an excellent place to stay. We would absolutely return.

WOW !!!

This flat is "Exactly" as pictured. We felt we had visited before arriving. The rooms were chosen by the family as we viewed the pictures while deciding if we would commit to the property. It did not disappoint. As soon as you walked in you can see care to design and theme were well thought out. The kitchen has all the essential appliances for everyday meals and more. ie. microwave, air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, drip coffee and Keurig, dishwasher....but wait there's more as the fridge has ice maker and water dispenser (important as we consume a lot of water as a family). The bathrooms had the towels needed for the stay as well as hairdryers. The laundry appliances are huge! Pool towels and beach trolley are also provided and came in handy. The air conditioner is cold and doesn't smell of mold as can happen in Florida due to humidity. The living room was comfortable, and dining room provided plenty of seating for our family of 5. The porch had ample seating and was a nice place to sit for morning coffee. The primary bedroom is split from the other 2 bedrooms which provided welcomed privacy. Location of Windsor Hills Resort is perfect for families visiting Disney Parks. Our family were visiting Universal Parks and was not that far of a drive. There is a Walmart just around the corner for whatever level of essentials you may need and plenty of restaurants around. This visit to Pixie Dust Penthouse will definitely not be our last.
