A welcoming three-story house in the quaint village of Marola, along the road leading to the beautiful Portovenere. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and authentic Ligurian charm.

The location is ideal for exploring Portovenere, the Cinque Terre, La Spezia, and the Gulf of Poets.

The property does not have air conditioning.



On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a private bathroom. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. On the third floor is a second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a private bathroom.



The property is also accessible by car, but the village of Marola has very limited public parking, and finding a spot, especially during peak periods, can be very difficult. For this reason, we recommend, whenever possible, reaching the property by public transport, which conveniently connects the area to La Spezia and Portovenere.

A newly renovated apartment in the heart of Vernazza, one of the most iconic and photographed villages of the 5Terre. It combines the authentic charm of Ligurian tradition with modern comfort, offering a unique and unforgettable experience. A few steps from the sea, the station and the most characteristic restaurants.
Three large double bedrooms all with independent air conditioning and free wi-fi.
The house is composed as follows:
-Living room with kitchen
-2 Double bedrooms
-1 Suite with double bed and one single bed
-2 Bathrooms one with tub and one with shower.

To reach the apartment, simply arrive at the Vernazza train station; the property is just a two-minute walk away. Access is via a distinctive marble staircase, typical of Ligurian villages. Although equipped with a practical handrail, the stairs may prove challenging for guests with limited mobility or those traveling with particularly heavy luggage.

Vernazza falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the
Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in
winter , so heating systems may be turned on for a
maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During
this period, a fee of euro 10/day will be applied to
compensate for heating costs for reservations lasting more than 15 days.
