Lynwood Barn is a single-storey conversion accessed through a five bar gate at the end of a small residential cul-de-sac, so it is a peaceful setting and we ask that noise is kept to a considerate level, especially in the evenings. Self check-in is via a key safe by the front door, with full instructions sent before arrival, and free parking sits directly in front of the barn for up to four cars. Please note charging of electric vehicles is not permitted, though we are happy to share details of local charging points. As an older barn conversion with a residential sewerage system, please flush only human waste and small amounts of toilet roll. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement; they must be kept off furniture and not left unaccompanied.
Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out are each available at £20 per hour, subject to availability. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at £25 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of two, and should be included when you book.
Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
