The home boasts four bedrooms all with country views, including two spacious double bedrooms, a lovely twin room and a cosy single room, meaning this idyllic countryside retreat is perfect for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings while still being within easy reach of Bath`s vibrant attractions.

There are two modern bathrooms, one featuring a luxurious bathtub for a relaxing soak, while the other offers a sleek walk-in shower.

The beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living space is perfect for cosy evenings in. The fully-equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, plenty of counter space, a coffee machine and a homely dining table where you can enjoy meals together.

There is also a separate living room and elegant dining room, ideal for formal meals or casual gatherings, with a large table to comfortably seat all guests.

Step outside to find a tranquil private garden, boasting country views with a hot tub for a perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring! The garden is also enclosed so is very pet friendly, if you want to bring your furry friend along.

The home also offers dedicated parking for 2 cars outside the side entrance of the house and additional off-road parking around the corner.

Situated in the historic village of Norton St Philip, Cottage Farm offers a unique blend of rural charm and modern convenience. We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
