Great property, very clean; we would definitely stay here again

This is a great property. My parents, sister & I stayed for 4 nights. There was plenty of room, parking is great, we liked the location - easy to walk to a lot of places yet it's not in the craziness of town. It was very clean. The owner is great and was very available & accommodating if we needed anything. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great house for a weekend in Bath

Dave was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had before we arrived. He also gave us a list of good restaurants and bars that we could check out. I was given his mums number (who lives next door) so she could let us in when we arrived. Checking out was easy as well. The house was really lovely - really clean and contemporary - and a really great size for 6 adults. Didn't feel cramped at all (pictures don't do it justice!! Its really nice!!) The house is about 20 mins walk from the centre and was easy to walk to - or it was a cheap taxi ride. Would definitely stay in the house again and would recommend to other people staying in Bath. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there! :) Thanks!!

Impressive holiday home

A really lovely property. Very modern spacious and comfortable made even better by the little things such as ample towels, kitchen provisions, superb kitchen and bathroom facilities, and wifi. The whole bungalow was spotlessly clean and great value for money. The manager provided excellent customer service, was very attentive in the run up to our stay and very helpful with useful information ie restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed several bars and restaurants around Bath and took in the sights aswell. We very much enjoyed our stay at Marina Bungalow and would definitely visit again in the future.

I am a very friendly, honest and genuine person - I will be happy to meet you when you arrive at he property to show you around quickly and give you a couple of sets of keys. I was born in Bath and have lived in Bath for most of my life apart from a few years in London and Dubai - I love the City and can help you with any recommendations for restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, places of interest or any other queries that you may have about Bath. Most people who come here are visiting friends, on a working holiday, attending weddings or simply having a break from their usual routine in what is the simply stunning City of Bath.

The home is generally for rent as a whole however I am more than happy to look at booking rooms out to individuals and/or couples if that is the requirement.

The house has recently been refurbished to a contemporary/modern minimal style to a very good specification. There is full Virgin cable TV with HD installed, a 48 inch TV, Sonos and high speed broadband. The large kitchen is also brand new with fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and also an electric oven with gas hob - along with a dining table. The house is on a quiet culdesac and there is ample parking available - with no requirement for permits.

I am looking forwards to welcoming you to what I think is one of the best cities in the world, Bath. So if you are looking for an entire house to rent or maybe just a room then please do get in contact.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The house was originally my mothers and she had it set up as 5 bedrooms for students. The house itself fell into a bit of a worn out state over that period so about a year ago August 2015 I bought it from my mum, totally gutted it and spent over £60,000 renovating, remodelling and refurbishing it - changing it into a very plush 4 bedroom property.

Everything in it electrics, radiators, kitchen, bedrooms, roofing, flooring etc is all brand new - I am really pleased with the result and everyone who stays or sees it absolutely loves the property and cannot believe the transformation.

Another reason why I decided to buy the property was it's location - it is a very large property and was great value given that it is only a flat 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Bath - I thought it the perfect location and it means I can offer a really great property for a very reasonable price given that it is so close to the centre of Bath. It also has off street parking for those people who may have a car - although the house isn't in a permit zone which is another huge benefit.

All in all I love the house and hope it will stay in the family for years to come!
