To be taken into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival. Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp.



During this process, a reading of the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be carried out to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation. Please note: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.



Please note that check-in after the usual time, from 21:00 to 02:00, incurs a supplement of 70 EUR, which must be paid in cash.



Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times.
