Il Solatio is a real gem. The apartment has been recently renovated, with attention paid to every detail for one purpose only: to make you feel special.



The hot tub is currently open from April until 1 October; on New Year’s Eve, however, we can open it subject to prior authorisation. Use of the hot tub is on request and incurs an additional daily charge of €30.



The Space:

The apartment welcomes guests into a spacious and bright living area, designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a living area perfect for sharing pleasant moments after a day exploring Florence.



Within the living area, an elegant glass partition creates a cosy space with two bunk beds, whilst the double sofa bed offers further flexibility for groups or families.



The sleeping area is completed by a cosy double bedroom and two fully equipped bathrooms, designed to ensure practicality and comfort even during longer stays.



The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people; however, to enjoy the space in a more comfortable and relaxed way, we recommend it for 4 guests. If the apartment is fully occupied, we suggest folding away the sofa bed during the day to keep the space airy and functional.



The real standout feature is the stunning private terrace: a secluded spot where you can slow down and enjoy moments of pure relaxation. Here you’ll find a 4-seater outdoor hot tub, perfect for treating yourself to a special break on warmer days. The hot tub is available during the summer months, with a €30 surcharge for preparation.

Guest Access:

Here at Charming Apartments, we’re always on hand to offer you all the support and assistance you need, although you’ll be able to access the apartment entirely independently thanks to our self-check-in service, which allows you to upload your ID documents and sign the contract online via our platform quickly and easily.



Other Things to Note:

The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of €30 per day, as the water will need to be changed after each booking or every week, which incurs an extra cost.



During the colder months (roughly from mid-September to April), we do not recommend using the hot tub as the internal heating element is unable to keep the water warm enough.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
