The Space:

The apartment is perfect for 2–4 guests and can accommodate up to 6 guests for short stays, keeping in mind that the space is more comfortable for groups of up to four people.



It is a 75 sqm apartment, completely renovated and furnished with brand-new furniture and systems, designed to offer maximum comfort.



It consists of:

• A master bedroom with a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds or an additional double bed

• A second, smaller double bedroom

• A living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a round table

• A large modern bathroom, divided into two areas:

• Area with sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine and dryer

• Area with a large, spacious shower



The apartment is equipped with:

• Air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms

• Double-glazed windows for excellent soundproofing

• Smart self check-in system



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building that was originally an ancient convent.

There is no elevator: the stairs are comfortable, but we recommend the apartment mainly to guests without mobility issues or difficulties with stairs.



The check-in is self check-in and is normally available from 3:00 PM.



Upon request and by prior arrangement, our staff can provide assistance with carrying your luggage up to the apartment. For this service, a tip at the guest’s discretion (approximately €15) is kindly appreciated and should be given directly to the staff member.



If you arrive before 3:00 PM and the apartment has already been cleaned, you will be able to enter immediately.

If it is still being prepared, you can leave your luggage and come back later once the cleaning is finished.



In any case, all detailed instructions will be provided to make access easy and stress-free.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located inside Florence’s ZTL (limited traffic zone). If you arrive by car, we recommend using a paid garage that will register your license plate to avoid fines.



CHECK-IN:

Check-in is done online in just a few minutes through the link you will receive after booking. It is a simple and quick procedure required by Italian law, which includes sending your documents and signing the rental contract.



STAIRS:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.
