Great location and clean. Major need for an update ..furniture very worn. Kitchen had basics but cookware was bad and couldn’t be used. Wish the sliding doors would close tight and missing a screen door.Love location of The Palm Bay Club and amenities.

First Visit to Siesta Key

This was our first time to the area and our first time staying in a condo. We had a very nice stay and would return again in the future. The property was very quiet and the private beach area was great.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time. Our condo was in very good condition and clean . We would love to be able to rent it again next year. If you have any available time in the later part of January or in February please let us know.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time at The Palm Bay Club. We were very pleased with the beach chairs, the pools, tennis courts, gym, and check in process. The condo was lovely with a wonderful masssage chair. It was clean, well kept. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Loved this Condo Rental- perfectly appointed

This was one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed at. Truly everything we needed, was available to us. Kitchen had everything and lots of extra bedding and towels. Super clean too. Liked the location on the second floor with no one above us and the ease of the code system for locks. The fact there were staff on the premises for check-in and assistance helped too. Super nice staff annd email communication was great. Access to the bay for fishing and gorgeous beach was perfect. So nice to have extra chairs and umbrella too. Highly recommend.

Great Location!

Had a GREAT time. Condo was spacious and clean. The slider screens need need help and the windows were filthy. The bayside is great but the outside could use some TLC. The beach side is nice. Would have loved a bathroom on the beachside. Overall we enjoyed the trip. Can' t beat the location! The staff was nice and very helpful!

We do have a professional window service come twice a year to clean all of the windows. It is hard to keep windows clean with the salty sea air. The 4th in Siesta Key

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay! We had so many adventures in Siesta and near by! In the condo….the rug really needed to go but otherwise everything was well maintained. I couldn’t find any pot holders but the kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you would need! Overall great experience and we are planning to make this a yearly tradition. :)

Close to everything, beautiful property

We were very happy with our stay at the Palm Bay Club! The condo was wonderful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the pools and beach were a couple minutes to less then ten minutes to the beach from the bayside of property. I felt comfortable with my teenage kids walking around the property to the pool, we noticed security often on the property. We also loved that we could walk easily to the entrance by midnight pass road and catch a free ride quickly to anywhere on the island, by the trolley or golf cart drivers. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for the great stay!

Nice condo, terrific amenities

We came to Siesta Key to visit with extended family staying at a property not far from this one. We appreciated that we were able to secure a parking pass and wristbands for them to join us on the Palm Bay private beach. There are also pools and tennis courts, and the condo comes furnished with nice linens and a well-appointed kitchen. Steps away from the main road, so easy access to the free trolley -- and we learned that if you don't want to wait, a golf cart will come along and take you where you want to go for free (they work for tips). All in all, a nice place and a terrific break.

I really like Palm Bay Club! We stayed at another condo in June that had just been fully upgraded and this condo seemed a little older! The master bed was very hard! The leather couches are wore out! The master bath was clogged but fixed right away by maintenance! The condo seemed to have a little bit of a moldy smell!

We only had one issue, none of our TV’s worked during our stay, it was an issue with the cable company and they were not able to come out and fix prior to us leaving. The club gave us a credit but I am still waiting for the credit to appear in my account and it has been a couple of weeks. Overall a nice place to stay though!

We weren’t fully aware of the location of Our room and it wasn’t near the water which I always choose. We were told the pool by us would be up and running the next day and it never got fixed. We apologize about the pool, we were awaiting a part, but there was the gulf side pool that was open. We could have sent housekeeping to re-clean your unit for you. There is nothing that can be done about the distance to the shops and restaurants. There are free rides that would take you to the village. Siesta Key 2024

For the most part the stay was great. Felt that the hot tub temperature was a little high. We were instructed to use drying rack for towel drying but we did not have one in our unit. There was a broom but no dustpan. The living room furniture is overused and needs to be replaced. Mattress in main bedroom was too firm.

Hello Pete, Thank you for your review. The hot tub is set at the standard 104 degrees. We have drying racks and dustpans in our inventory that we could have provided. As far as the furniture is concerned, some guests like soft mattresses and others like hard. Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Siesta Key Beach has the prettiest water & whitest powder sand we have ever seen. The Palm Bay Club condo property was very well maintained & safe. The condo was clean & large enough for our family. It came equipped with a full kitchen, dishes, beach towels, all linens,& even floats to use.The only part we did not like, was we were unaware until arriving that we had to cross a busy street of traffic daily to walk to the property's Beach access. This can be hard when traveling with children. Overall we would visit this property again
