You arrive via a 500-meter path that leads you away from the world. It’s a natural gateway to tranquility. The house opens onto 5 private hectares, surrounded by 40 hectares of farmland. Here, you live in tune with nature: watch for deer at dawn, observe dragonflies on the pond.



The house is a living gallery where works of art interact with the light. In the evening, the façade glows with its 12 windows. The kitchen, with its 10 meters of counter space, becomes the heart of your stay—the place where you cook and share meals without rushing.



Two spaces invite you to relax: the olive grove with its 16-meter swimming pool for a bucolic aperitif, or the intimate garden at the foot of the house. A colony of cats inhabits the estate in a dedicated area. You’ll discover their personalities in a notebook provided for this purpose.



Explore the Cistercian Abbey of Boulaur, the surrounding bastides, and the panoramic views of the Gers. In July, attend the classical music festival in the local churches. Savor the region’s restaurants: BAO in Simorre, Chez Mamé in Lombez, or Château Larroque in Gimont.
