Perched in an elevated position overlooking the endless blue of the Cretan Sea, Creticum Mare Villa is a contemporary six-bedroom retreat designed for elevated Mediterranean living. Accommodating up to twelve guests, the villa blends striking architecture with refined comfort, offering panoramic sea views and unforgettable sunsets.


At the heart of the outdoor experience lies a stunning 23-meter infinity pool, surrounded by expansive terraces designed for relaxation under the Cretan sun. Inside, bright open-plan interiors are flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling openings, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.


Located in the area of Aptera, within easy reach of traditional tavernas and only a short drive from some of Chanias most beautiful beaches, Creticum Mare Villa offers an exclusive escape defined by elegance, serenity, and timeless coastal beauty.

-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for a seamless self-catered stay, enhanced by a skylight bringing in natural sunlight.
-Grand dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests with sea and sky views.
-Ground floor includes a guest WC for added convenience.
All bathrooms feature KORRES products for a luxurious self-care experience. Bedrooms include window screens, blackout curtains, individually controlled air conditioning, custom-made towels, bathrobes, and slippers.
