Villa Sugar ist von der griechischen Tourismusorganisation mit der Lizenznummer 1041K10003174201 genehmigt und wird von "etouri vacation rental management" verwaltet.

Die einstöckige, 200 m² große Villa befindet sich in einer großartigen Lage, nur 2 km vom langen Sandstrand von Episkopi und nur wenige Gehminuten von allen wichtigen Geschäften entfernt bietet den besten Komfort für unsere Gäste. Es bietet Platz für 8 Personen in Betten und bei Bedarf für bis zu 10 Personen.

Innenaufteilung
Wenn Sie die Villa betreten und durch den Flur gehen, befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer und das Hauptbadezimmer mit Dusche. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet, die in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden können, und die anderen beiden sind mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und das andere mit einer Whirlpool-Badewanne. Dann gibt es eine Halle mit einem Sofa und einem Schreibtisch.

Nach dem Flur befindet sich ein geräumiger offener Bereich, der aus dem Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Sofa, einem 48-Zoll-Satelliten-HDTV, Playstation 4 und Nintendo Wii besteht. Ein beeindruckendes Panoramafenster vom Boden bis zur Decke vom Wohnbereich führt Sie zur Außenterrasse, zum Garten und zum Pool. Neben dem offenen Wohnbereich befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigen Einrichtungsgegenständen und Geräten mit einem Esstisch.

Die Villa verfügt über ein ökologisches Fußbodenkühlsystem im ganzen Haus, wodurch das ganze Haus schneller als jede Klimaanlage abkühlt. Auch aufgrund der Steinkonstruktion kann das Haus Tag und Nacht die gleiche Temperatur halten.

Außenbereich
Der wunderschön angelegte Außenbereich der Villa bietet eine Vielzahl von Einrichtungen und Orten zum Entspannen.

Insbesondere umfassen unsere Außenanlagen:
- 50 qm ökologischer Infinity-Pool mit Kinderbecken. Der Pool ist ökologisch und kann auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis beheizt werden.

Beautiful stone villa with glorious uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Lovely, clean infinity pool, plenty of sun loungers, towels etc and super spacious outdoor table and shady seating areas. Andreas, the host had left a home baked cake for our arrival, a wonderful freshly baked fig tart delivered during the stay and some lovely sprigs of fresh rosemary to take home - what a very nice touch !

The villa was really lovely and the views from the pool area are stunning. Andreas, who looked after the place, was fantastic from start to finish, so nice and friendly. He even brought us a couple of delicious cakes during our stay!The communications all the way along were quick and easy, as was check in/out. They were helpful while we were there too with lots of recommendations.I really can't recommend the place highly enough!

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children and this house worked perfectly for us.The place was clean, the host was amazing and sorted out any problems we had very quickly.The pool was amazing but in hindsight maybe we should have paid and had it heated.The supermarket was fantastic and only a minute from the house.We hire one car which was a good idea and we did 2 trips to restaurants and beach as both were within easy reach and only took around 10 minutes each way.Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us.

A beautiful, clean, and spacious house that was perfect for our large family. The kitchen is well stocked with things you need for cooking and everything was easy to find and use. The beds were comfortable and sheets were fresh. The views from the house are gorgeous, and we used the pool daily. Wr also appreciated the foosball and ping pong for our teenagers. We loved the location close to the beach (with plenty of beach parking and charming tavernas) and were also able to easily explore the island. Andreas, our host, welcomed us in person and showed us how everything worked. He was communicative and friendly. Everything about the experience was great. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this villa. We had unfortunate weather with a sand storm and hail, but we were lucky the villa was so nice inside. I would recommend checking the weather before you lay for the pool to be heated however as we wasted 300 on this as we couldn’t use the pool in the storm and sand ended up everywhere, not the owners fault but a real waste of money. We swam once on the first day. The villa was clean and well equipped. We cooked, watched Netflix and used the futsal table a lot. The location is perfect, the view is wonderful and we loved Crete. The host was very kind. Thanks

We've just got back from a 3 week stay at Villa Sugar and enjoyed every moment. The views are outstanding. The villa is 200m above sea level with olive groves and fruit trees dropping away from the villa, backdropped by mountains on one side and the sea on the other. The villa is west facing so you watch the sun set over the mountains. Even more special when watching from the infinity pool!The villa is clean and has everything you need, including lots of games, books and things to keep the whole family occupied. The table football and table tennis were a particular success for us! The pool is very clean and a great place to relax and play some water games. The villa has air conditioning in every bedroom and underfloor cooling throughout that was a welcome relief at night. The three bathrooms are nicely kitted out, the two shower cubicles were small but functional. There is a well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, plates and cutlery.Andreas, the owner, was a real superstar. Very helpful and quick to fix any minor issues that arose. He pops round every 4 days (bringing homemade cakes) when they do the cleaning. He respects your privacy at all times and will tell you when he's coming round and never enters the property without being invited in.A car is essential if you want to get about. There's a well stocked supermarket 100m away and there's good tavernas in the village but the beach is great and there's lot to see in Rethymno (15km away) and across the island.

We loved the villa.The most stunning views across the white mountains. Surrounded by a local olive plantation.The village is beautiful with several tavernas within walking distance. We chose this Villa Sugar based on the images and reviews we had read, all of which we great. This is an amazing location and Andreas the host and owner was incredible, nothing was to much trouble and the cakes he regularly dropped in were fantastic. Great long weekend with friends

Amazing time with friends, host was really helpful and talked us through everything at the property upon arrival. Pool was heated for a reasonable charge which really helped in the early summer months. Host arranged all our travel between the airport. The shop was literally next door and allowed us to use their trolleys to move large shops to and from the property. Lots of stuff to do in the house, table tennis, table football, pool games, bbq etc. perfect for a group of friends who want to spend some time in a small town!

Our family of 6 adults had a fantastic time at Villa Sugar. The villa is very spacious, very clean and well designed with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday. The swimming pool is brilliant and the views from the villa are stunning, especially when watching the sun set over the sea and the mountains. There is an excellent supermarket within 100 metres and at least two restaurants you can walk to from the villa. Andreas, the owner is brilliant. Fantastic Holiday!

Stayed for 1 week at this amazing property. There is nothing that this villa doesn’t have! Andreas (the owner I believe) was very helpful, friendly and accommodating! The view is incredible and the sunsets are even better. We did not have a hire car so remained in the villa for our trip but you can walk 15 minutes to a Tavern called Kactus which has a varied menu. They also do delivery so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. There is a shop (1 minute walk) that has everything you need. The beach is too far to walk (especially in August heat) but this did not affect our trip. Once again, beautiful villa and I’d recommend anyone visiting to stay here!!

Superb villa in a lovely location

We had a great stay in this lovely villa. Located on the edge of a charming village. There is a supermarket 60 seconds away with two others in the village along with a bakery, butchers, fishmongers an ice cream shop and a selection of tavernas. A couple of the tavernas will deliver meals to the villa. Even though it is in the village the villa is very quiet and private and the view from the pool is outstanding. Andreas was a very warm, generous and responsive host who provided several little touches to make the stay even more special. We stayed in early April and paid extra to have the pool heated. This was definitely worth it. The pool was pre-warmed and ready from the time we arrived and even though there were some chilly days the pool was always warm and inviting. It was also exceptionally clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Thank you for hosting us Andreas.

Paradise In crete

The owner is so welcoming. Showed us around and how everything works. He had left us a homemade cake, coffee and bread. Sent us links and places to visit and see. There is nothing you could need for your stay that’s not there. There’s even a hair wond/curler! The pool area is nothing short of stunning. We ate outside most evening to watch the sunset. The odd occasion we ate out we were actually gutted we missed it. Its right next to the super market which is stocked with everything. The beach is a 25 min walk down hill (we always got a cab back) Up the hill are some amazing restaurants and it’s worth walking up a bit further to really see the village in all its glory. We are already planning our next stay.

Great view great location

We were a group of five adults and stayed a week in early May. The location of thebilla is ideal to explore Chania, Rethymno, and surrounding area. There is easy access off the main highway and the villa is located in a village largely untouched by mass tourism. There are tavernas within walking distance, there is an excellent supermarket next door, and there is a butcher, fishmonger and bakery in the village. Episkopi beach is lovely and only a short drive from the villa. The villa itself is comfortable with climate control in each room. Comfortable beds and above all an amazing terrace with a breathtaking view that you would never tire of looking at. The host Andreas is communicative and helpful and quick to respond to any question. Lovely touches su h as gifts of cretan cake and local herbs and olive oil made us feel welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Sugar and would gladly return agIn.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sugar – truly one of the best holiday homes we’ve ever stayed in. The villa is stunning, spacious, and extremely well equipped, but let me say this clearly: the pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking – especially at sunset.Although the beach is only a 5-minute drive away, we ended up spending most of our time at the villa because it was so peaceful and relaxing. The private pool, games area, and outdoor dining made it feel like our own private resort.Everything you need is provided – from a full kitchen, washing machine, and BBQ, to games and high-end appliances. There were also regular cleans during our stay, which helped keep everything fresh and spotless – a really thoughtful touch that made a big difference.The host was exceptional – warm, responsive, and generous. He gave us fantastic recommendations for local places to visit (we especially loved Lake Kournas) and even brought us gifts of delicious local food, which made us feel truly welcome.If you’re looking for a luxurious and peaceful place to stay in Crete, Villa Sugar is perfect. 5 star luxury holiday at Villa Sugar

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Sugar. The accommodation is beautifully presented, a real wow factor place. We were 2 families of 4. It was the perfect size for us. Plenty of space to relax inside and outside. The infinity pool, with the views of the sea and mountains is something we will never forget. The supermarket next door stocks everything you need. The is a fab taverna in the village that also does takeaways, we ate there 3 times and couldn’t fault it. The village, Episkopi is very pretty and everyone we met was really friendly. We travelled to nearby Georgioupoli and had a swim (on the cold beach where the river meets the sea) it was wonderful. The fish restaurant next to this beach was fantastic. Andreas looked after us so well, leaving us cakes, figs, home made olive oil, and helped us sort out taxis. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return!

Das Haus war sauber, Andreas der Gastgeber, war sehr sympatisch, immer fűr uns erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kűche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Der Blick total unverbaut, bis zum Meer und den Bergen. Wir konnten uns nicht satt daran sehen!Wir kőnnen nur Positives berichten.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Es war einfach nur herrlich, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen oder am Pool zu liegen und den schönen Ausblick zu genießen.Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und reichlich Pool-Handtücher gab es auch.Die Tischtennisplatte und den Kicker haben wir oft genutzt.Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt war auch vorhanden.

Super Haus mit phantastischem Blick von der Terrasse

In Dorfrandlage gelegen, mit benachbartem Supermarkt und fußläufig gelegenen Tavernen. Alle Räume in Naturstein mit z.T. hochwertiger Ausstattung. Sehr gute Betten aber leider nur kl. Spülmaschine. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse mit Pool auf Berge, Olivenhaine und das ca. 3 km entfernte Meer ist sensationell und sucht seinesgleichen. Kommunikation und Service der Agentur und mit Eigentümer vorbildlich. Kommen gerne wieder. Thomas

Schöne Villa mit traumhaftem Blick

Der Blick war ein Traum. Der beheizte Pool wunderbar. Wir wurden unheimlich freundlich empfangen. Mitte der Woche wurde die ganze Villa geputzt, das gibt es selten. Andreas stand immer zur Verfügung.

VILLA SUGAR

Wir waren mit unserer Familie dort. 2 erwachsen und 4 Kinder 11,6,3,1. Es war einfach traumhaft!!! Mit der Unterkunft waren wir als Familie sehr zufrieden!
