A charming 30 sq m studio apartment for two people, located on the mezzanine floor of a building with an elevator and steps.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort and is located just steps from Bussana beach and the 24 km long bike path. Beach resorts and beaches are within easy walking distance, right on the doorstep! The apartment features a single room with a kitchenette, sleeping area, bathroom, and a splendid terrace for relaxing outdoors.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, coffee maker, kettle, oven, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;

- SLEEPING AREA with double sofa bed, TV, wardrobes, and split air conditioning;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- TERRACE furnished with dining table and chairs, sun loungers, and an awning.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:

Unlimited WiFi, heat pump heating, split air conditioning, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions for registering your documents via our Guest Portal and for paying the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, amounting to €2 per night per person, for the first 15 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.



This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and transmit the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, the Italian procedure for booking guests in Italy.

The activation and deactivation of air conditioning and heating systems are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree No. 74 of 16/04/2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022).



Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.



Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The lighting period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by law.



Imperia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.
