The apartment is located on the fifth floor, accessible by lift, of one of the most prestigious residential buildings on the Ligurian Riviera, which stands out thanks to its fabulous panoramic view, swimming pool and well-maintained garden. The apartment opens onto a bright open-plan space that hosts the living room, furnished with smart TV, double sofa bed and dining table, and the fully equipped open kitchen. Going up the stairs you access the sleeping area in the mezzanine, which consists of a bedroom with double bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower.



*The shared swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, every day (except Wednesday) from 10:30 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 19:30. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

The apartment is located in one of the most renowned areas of the beautiful city of Bordighera, nestled among lush gardens and the stately villas of the Belle Époque. The city centre, as well as the seafront and beaches, can be reached comfortably on foot in less than 5 minutes.



Bordighera, also known as The Pearl of the Riviera, thanks to its mild climate is the perfect destination for both a weekend getaway and a longer stay at any time of the year. This locality is set between the famous city of Sanremo and the French Côte d'Azur. From here you can enjoy the sea and beach, visit the Principality of Monaco, the nearby French cities of Menton, as well as visit the charming villages of the Ligurian hinterland. Points of interest in the town are the small church of Sant'Ampelio, the southernmost point of Liguria, and the old town, at the highest point of the city, characterised by walls and medieval alleyways. Bordighera is enriched by splendid Art Nouveau architecture, once the residences of royalty and high aristocracy, such as Villa Etelinda, Villa Garnier, Villa Margherita and the Pallanca exotic garden. Finally, it is recommended not to leave without having tasted the typical dishes based on the freshest fish and a glass of Rossese di Dolceacqua.
