A modern, fully equipped kitchen features integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, and a Neff hide-and-slide oven. The dining room centres around a farmhouse-style table seating six, complete with an original fireplace that adds warmth and character to family mealtimes. A convenient workspace is tucked into the hallway for those needing to stay connected, while the downstairs bathroom offers both a bath and a separate shower, alongside an additional cloakroom for extra convenience.



Outside, the spacious and secure garden is a true highlight of the property. With plenty of room for children to play and space for adults to relax, it is perfectly suited to long summer days. The patio area is ideal for outdoor dining and evening drinks, while the dedicated charcoal BBQ area (charcoal not supplied) makes al fresco cooking a pleasure. Surrounded by greenery and blooming flowers, the garden provides a peaceful and private space to unwind.



Upstairs, the cottage comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three generously sized bedrooms. Two rooms feature king-size beds, one of which benefits from its own en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a welcoming twin room with two full-size single beds, ideal for children or friends. An additional upstairs cloakroom ensures added comfort and convenience for all guests.



Rosedale Cottage also benefits from a private driveway with space for two cars, making arrivals and departures easy. An EV charger is available on-site for those travelling with electric vehicles (please bring your own lead; additional charges apply), offering a practical addition for modern stays.
