Beautiful cottage in the heart of Brixham. Only problem was difficult to find parking nearby. Be prepared to pay.

I'm sorry you had difficulty parking, that's unlucky. Usually the instructions and map I provide mean parking isn't a problem. There are permits from Torbay council for the car parks short and long stay.

Very clean, comfortable, well appointed and relaxing place a short walk from everything. Clear but friendly instructions and information about the area supplied. Access by car for loading/unloading was tricky because of other vehicles in a very narrow road, but we were warned in advance! Really enjoyed the stay, would recommend.

Beautiful, clean cottage in a great location, just a few minutes walk into the centre of Brixham. Angela the host was very friendly and helpful and communication was excellent. We would definitely like to stay again.

We loved staying at the property and didn’t want to leave! On arrival it was spotless and perfectly located right in the harbour. It was fully equipped with everything we needed including tea, coffee and milk! We would love to stay again!

I booked this property in Brixham so that my partner and her brother could visit their sister who hasn't been well. The communication around the booking and access to the property was first class with Angela providing very clear and prompt guidance and information. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. It is a very comfortable and quirky cottage close to the harbour, shops and restaurants. They were even able to have drinks on the upper terrace at the cottage which was a welcome outside space. I would highly recommend Seabird Cottage to anyone looking for a clean and cosy place to stay and yes, they said they would be very happy to stay there again. Thanks you Angela for the use of your cottage.

This cottage is just wonderful, perfectly located for access to the harbour & town centre, and while tiny it is mighty! It is super cosy but has everything you could need for your stay, a home from home. The hosts we super, really open and helpful with information provided well in advance of our stay to get us excited for our visit. We will be back! I just wish we could have stayed longer than we did!

This is a great cottage that fits the description and was perfect for our stay.Only a few minutes walk from the Harbour and all local amenities. We parked in one of the main car parks and only 5-10 walk back to the property. The host has been great and very helpful in communications and providing lots of information of things to do. Thank you

Very cosy cottage which had been tastefully renovated. All the appliances/equipment we needed had been thoughtfully provided. Only problem was the parking but Angela gave us some tips on local roads and as the location of the cottage was so close to the harbour once we found a good space we left the car for a few days!

Absolutely stunning little cottage! Loved everything about it, the decor was beautiful, cosy and just inviting. Have taken some idea home with us! The little pub a few doors down was also lovely, friendly and inviting locals too which was really nice! Would highly recommend, would 100% return! Host was extremely friendly and helpful!
