The fantastic kitchen stands out for its design with picturesque blue and white chequered tiles. It is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, blender, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge and other modern appliances to assist you in your daily routine.

Access to the balcony is conveniently available from the living room, allowing wonderful natural light to flood the entire space during the day. This outdoor area is the perfect spot to get some fresh air and appreciate the typical architecture of the neighbourhood.

The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated, providing serene environments to recharge your energy. The master bedroom is a spacious and elegant space, equipped with an inviting double bed and large wardrobes to store your belongings in an organised manner. The second bedroom is very practical and features a handy bunk bed.

All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor and is only accessible via stairs. It is therefore not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

In addition to being the perfect refuge in the heart of Lisbon, this address is an unbeatable strategic base for exploring the region's treasures. With the mythical Rossio and Cais do Sodré train stations just a few minutes' walk away, planning fantastic day trips is incredibly easy and scenic. In a short and romantic train journey (about 40 minutes), you can lose yourself in the enchanting palaces and forests of the town of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or travel along the Atlantic coast to enjoy the sun, sea and glamour of the Cascais bay.

The property is located in the heart of Lisbon, with excellent access to public transport.

Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by taxi, Uber or car.

The nearest metro station is Baixa-Chiado, just a few minutes' walk away, with direct connections to the city centre and the entire Lisbon metro network.

There are also several bus and tram stops nearby, making getting around the city very easy and convenient.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
