We are GuestReady, a rental management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you need help during your stay. Please note that this is a private residence, so we kindly ask you to take care of it as if it were your own.

The apartments are located on Longares Street in a very quiet residential area of San Blas–Canillejas, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing, work, or events in the city. The area combines the calm of a local neighborhood with excellent connections to Madrid's main attractions. One of its major highlights is the proximity to Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium, just a 10-minute walk away, making the accommodation perfect for those traveling for matches, concerts, or major events. The Las Rosas / Las Musas metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, from where you can reach Madrid's center quickly and comfortably, easily visiting iconic areas such as Gran Vía, Sol, Retiro, or the Salamanca neighborhood. The location is also excellent for business travel, being well connected to IFEMA and Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, accessible in just a few minutes by car and with very comfortable road connections. Additionally, quick access to the M-40 and A-2 facilitates both entering and leaving the city as well as escapes to discover nearby destinations. For all these reasons, it's an ideal option for families, concert and event attendees at Metropolitano, as well as business travelers seeking comfort, tranquility, and excellent connections.

You can easily reach the property by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Las Musas (line 7), is only a 4-minute walk and connects perfectly with the center and different parts of the city.

Barajas Madrid Airport is 9 minutes by car from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You will need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; physical keys are not used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your check-in, once you have completed our arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dish washing products, and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the copy cost.
