Amara Villas ist eine brandneue Ferienanlage, bestehend aus 3 unabhängigen Villen, jede mit eigenem Pool.

Die Lage der Amara Villa I ist ideal für einen autofreien Urlaub, da der Sandstrand nur 100 Meter entfernt ist und unsere Gäste nur für sie Zugang zu privaten Sonnenliegen haben. Alle Annehmlichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß erreichbar und die Stadt Rethymno mit ihrer malerischen Altstadt und dem langen Sandstrand ist nur 3 km entfernt.

Amara Villa I ist ein dreistöckiges 210 qm. Die luxuriöse Residenz, die in minimalistischem Urlaubsstil und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde, achtet auf den Komfort unserer Gäste und verwendet durchweg hochwertiges Design und Möbel. Die Villa bietet bequem Platz für 8 Gäste in seinen 4 Schlafzimmern und bei Bedarf bis zu 10 Personen.

Auf der unteren Ebene der Villa befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, von denen eines über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Duschkabine und Doppelbett (1,60 x 2,00 m) verfügt, während das andere über zwei Einzelbetten (0,90) verfügt X 2,00 m), die auf Anfrage zu einem Kingsize-Bett (1,80 x 2,00 m) zusammengefügt werden können. Alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und mit 32-Zoll-HD-Fernsehern und komfortablen Matratzen ausgestattet. Das Spielzimmer mit 49-Zoll-HDTV mit Netflix, Playstation 4, Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, Brettspielen und Sitzbereich mit Sofa bietet Ihnen und Ihrer Familie viele angenehme Momente und Zugang zur Poolterrasse über eine Treppe. Auch die Sauna, das statische Fahrrad und das Laufband helfen Ihnen, während Ihres Urlaubs in Form zu bleiben. Zusätzlich befindet sich auf dieser Ebene ein zusätzliches Badezimmer mit Duschkabine. Schließlich steht auch ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung.

Erdgeschoss
Wenn Sie das Erdgeschoss erreichen, befinden Sie sich in einem gemütlichen, offenen Bereich, der aus Wohnzimmer und Küche besteht. Der Wohnbereich bietet zwei bequeme Sofas, einen 49-Zoll-HD-Fernseher sowie Poolblick und direkten Zugang zu einer Veranda, die mit einem Essbereich im Freien ausgestattet ist. Darüber hinaus bietet die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Weinkühler und Essbereich im Innenbereich alle notwendigen Geräte und Ausrüstungen für Ihren Selbstversorgerurlaub. Zusätzlich befinden sich auf dieser Ebene ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,60 x 2,00 m) und ein eigenes Bad mit Duschkabine.

Nach dem Aufstieg über ein paar Stufen erreichen die Gäste das dritte Doppelzimmer (1,60 x 2,00 m) der Villa, das ein eigenes Bad mit Duschkabine sowie Zugang zu einem mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestatteten Balkon bietet Eine große Veranda mit Whirlpool im Freien, Sitzbereich im Freien und Tischtennis, Meerblick und Blick auf den Pool.

Der wunderschön angelegte Außenbereich und die Poolterrasse sind komplett eingezäunt und bieten unseren Gästen absolute Privatsphäre. Insbesondere umfassen unsere Außenanlagen:
- 50 m² Privater Swimmingpool (1,50 m tief) mit einem speziellen Fach für Kinder (0,50 m tief).
- 6 bequeme Sonnenliegen, 2 Chaiselongues und Sonnenschirme

The villa accommodated 9 adults perfectly, pool was large enough for ball games, ping pong was a huge hit, pre ordered shopping and was all put away when we arrived. Transfers all organised, greeted warmly by Otilia who was lovely. Lots of eateries within walking distance as well as bakeries and butchers. Would recommend for a great family holiday without having to drive, Rethymno is just beautiful.

Brilliant stay

We stayed with 6 adults, 12 year old and a 3 year old. The place was clean and tidy. Lovely location. They were always happy to help with anything. Only down side was the pool was all one height being 1.5m so any one below that would struggle standing up in there but the ere is a little pool for little children.

Fun house!

Our family of 7 had a fun stay at the Villa. Ping pong, hot tub, sauna & pool were a big hit. We enjoyed a few local (walk to) restaurants, especially Thymari & Taverna Klimateria! We took bikes and bus to the old town (not walking distance). Spent days driving around to see the island and coming home to the Villa with its amenities was perfect.

Fabulous stay

We were 6 adults and a 5 and 3 year old. We were met on arrival by Otilia who was absolutely lovely and friendly. She gave us a thorough rundown of the Villa which was fantastic. We loved it straight away. Few little things went wrong in the first week and Otilia was there straight away to sort the problem e.g we came back to a power cut one night and text Otilia and she came over straight away and got the power back on. Perfect location. Bars and restaurants in walking distance and beach just minutes away. Etouri were amazing too. We had a direct line and what’s app to them and they booked us taxis,restaurants, days out and takeaways with no fuss at all. Amazing service! We all loved every minute of our 2 week stay. Would highly recommend the Villa and the area. Some stunning fine dining restaurants recommended by Etouri all with beautiful seafront locations. Superb.

Absolutely fantastic!

We have just returned home from a weeks stay as a family of 6 adults and 2 children 3&5. Wow absolutely everything from start to finish has been so straightforward. We were met by Otilia on arrival who was fantastic throughout the whole stay, she gave us a thorough run down of the villa and left us with many recommendations from local amenities restaurants etc. The villa had absolutely everything we needed on a daily basis, and provided a perfect lay out in which everyone had personal space if needed. Cleaner was Ill throughout our week, but it didn’t stop Otilia coming in and doing our housekeeping herself which was done very professionally! Through the week we used Etouri for reservations and taxis etc who were yet again very impressive nothing was to much and the response time was second to none. The villa itself is virtually right on a lovely quite part of the beach with own sun loungers which were great. There’s a few small shops within a minutes walk. And a supermarket which has everything you need less than 5 minutes away. Plenty of tavernas very locally which was great and a 10 minute walk would take you down onto the promenade again with plenty of shops bars and restaurants. For us the Villa location was great just away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but so yet so close. The villa is absolutely stunning. We will absolutely return one day! Many thanks The Halls

Super Urlaub mit allen Vornehmlichkeiten

Wir, eine Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen, hatten eine super Woche. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt zum Strand gelegen und hat alles an Ausstattung, was man benötigt! Die Innenstadt ist in 45 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar, über die Strandpromenade. Der Agentur Service war sehr gut.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Simply amazing, not much more to say

To be honest, at first we thought the pictures are too perfect to be true. But the house looks just exactly like in the photos. We had the best time staying there and I wouldn’t know about what to complain. The etouri team with Makis as our direct contact person took perfect care of us. At anytime we could call or text him and ask for advice. The beach is less than 2 mins walking from the house and Grocery shopping facilities Less than 5. We Definitely want to come back one day, highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for an amazing time in Crete!

Helt otroligt fint hus och väldigt nära strand och allt annat. Lätt att promenera in till centrum eller så hjälper Kostas och hans anställda till med att fixa taxi. Inga problem alls under hela vistelsen, drömhus att hyra.

The communication with the management regarding this property was excellent, all questions were answered within the hour before booking and after. The details/photos online about the property were spot on. On arrival we were greated and shown around. The villa was spotlessly clean and in a great location. Anything we needed from taxi's to restaurant bookings was taken care of . A great villa for all ages we all had an amazing time would highly recommend and would definitely use this company again.

Amazing Vacation

What a great home for our multigenerational family! The location allowed us to walk to many places such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. The home was immaculate and well stocked including a fruit basket and basics in the refrigerator. The best part was the personal attention we received right from the beginning. The homemade lemon cake midweek was an unexpected treat. Nothing was too much for management. Our comfort seemed to be the top priority. When we reported that we had broken a light, it was replaced in less than an hour. We highly recommend this property!

Worth waiting for

The pandemic meant we waited 3 years for this holiday and it was well worth it. The villa is very well appointed and the online pictures are an accurate representation of what you get. There are shops, restaurants, butchers and bakers within easy walking distance, with Rethymno old town is a 30-40 minute amble along the sea front. Everyone was incredibly helpful with Adonis regularly checking we were OK, without being intrusive. Without a doubt I would recommend this accommodation to friends and family. Thank you to all at Etouri.

Beautiful modern villa with seafront access

The villa was superb, and having been to Rethymno before, was a perfect place for a family with young teens, close enough to access Rethymno on the evenings with its plethora of bars and restaurants. The villa has immediate access to the beach (shingle/sand mix) which runs all the way to Rethymno and there are many local shops, boulangeries, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets (and a large Lidl within 5 minutes drive) within walking distance. By far the best thing about the villa is Etouri, the company managing it! Kostas and the team are extremely friendly, patient and pretty much on call the whole time. Each villa has a telephone line straight through to them and they will help book day trips, taxis, restaurants - pretty much anything you need! Having booked through Etouri two years in a row (with two different villas close to Rethymno) I can tell you that both of them were spotless and that on both occasions, Etouri were utterly fabulous!!

excellent all round

From when we booked nothing was too much trouble, we were offered information and questions answered very promptly The property was immaculate and everything as per the images. We were greeted on arrival and shown round, a welcome pack awaited us and a direct phone line to the company for any questions we might have had about anything. The staff were friendly and the villa suited us perfectly and with 5 children between 15 and 22 all wanting something different from a holiday this can be a tall order. The location was great, a beach over the road and just a short taxi ride to the old town with lots of fantastic bars and restaurants. Local taverna,supermarkets and a great little take away serving fresh orange juice and croissants and 2 mins walk away ..... what made this villa stand out from other villa holidays was the service received, it felt like a hotel with the privacy of your own villa can not recommend it enough and would go back in a heartbeat...First trip to Crete and lots of very happy memories.... thanks to all

Fantastic villa with excellent service

There is very little we could have asked for to make this villa experience better at the price bracket it is in. Everything was as expected and as per listing. Hosts were fantastic as were etouri who both were there when you need them. My only criticism would be that bath robes would be a added bonus and possibly more than one set or keys for when multiple families are staying but that's just looking for something to make comment on. All in all would highly recommend this villa as well as etouri and will hope to return one day.

Amazing Home in Rethymno

We had an incredible time staying at this gorgeous & luxurious home! Everything was immaculate, beautiful and thoughtfully done. The service was top-notch and we were continuously welcomed and cared for during our stay. The location was great and the beachfront access was perfect too. Incredible hosts and just an incredible property! We were sad to leave but look forward to returning in the future!
