Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Overall was ok. Communication was good and we didn't have any problems from this perspective.In my opinion the let down was from the house. It has a lot of potential, it's in a beautiful location and an amazing view but probably because it wasn't rented for a while it wasn't ready for rental. Things to highlight:Besides having some spiderwebs around, the windows were not clean, at least from the inside (probably nobody cleaned them for a while). The sinks in the kitchen and, especially, one in the bathroom were leaking a lot of water. Also one of them was clogged. We noticed this once we got it so it was never checked.Most of the bedrooms don't even have a bedside table so you can put your book or phone or watch on the floor. Where there was a bedside table the socket was broken so it couldn't be used. When we arrived looks like the fridge had some issues 'due to a storm' the night before so there was some water and a lot of ice in the freezer. We found some very old/expired cheese in the fridge/freezer inside the storage room. A couple of mattresses are quite uncomfortable.We had to ask about the rubbish and the recycling because there's nothing in the house that explains that and when/what is collected. Finally, one pair of keys could be sometimes a bit of challenge for an 8 people house. I would suggest another pair at least. Again, the house has a lot of potential but I don't think it was fully ready for rental especially for the price we paid.
