Please note that, depending on tides, the beach directly outside the property can be narrow and at times the water can come right up to the steps. So please realise that sunbathing on beach loungers directly outside the property isn't always possible.

While every effort is made to show accurate beach photos, the shoreline may vary, and in some areas (directly outside the property), water shoes are recommended.

Groceries are not included in the rental price, but a pre-stocked grocery service can be arranged through our local house managers for payment directly to them.

To protect linens, Riemann P20 sunscreen is not permitted. This product causes permanent damage to towels and fabrics. Guests may be charged up to USD $50 per damaged towel or up to USD $300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
