The main house offers a modem fully equipped kitchen which services either the interior formal dining area or the relaxed covered terrace where families and friends can gather to dine, chat or enjoy a sundowner whilst enjoying the tropical surroundings of this very private setting.

The 2 bedroom guest cottage is perfect for older kids, extended families or even a small family. All bedrooms are ensuite and include ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Rose of Sharon is situated high up on the estate and benefits from a cooling breeze and the golf course is just a short walk away for an early morning stroll. The private Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club is also close by which offers parking, bathrooms, showers and changing rooms as well as fast speed internet, a bar and restaurant and for those who enjoy the beach private sun loungers and umbrellas.

The Beach Club is located on the same perfect crescent beach as the Sandy Lane Hotel and swimming and safe beach walks are a daily attraction. Tennis, golf or water sports can also be arrange via the concierge team.

USE OF THE VILLA:
The Client can access the Villa at 15.00 on the day the rental commences.

The Client may not use The Villa for any purpose other than that of a private holiday residence for the accommodation of the Client and fellow guests unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Owner.

Only those persons stipulated on the details of the booking may reside at the Villa as guests.
Any changes to the number of guests in the party must be notified to the Company as additional rental charges may apply.

The Client shall not do or suffer to be done anything that may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the Owner, or the occupiers of adjoining land or that might invalidate any insurance policies affected on the Villa, and shall not bring any animals to the Villa unless previously agreed to by the Owner.

The Client shall not sublet or assign their rental of the Villa.

The Villa staff will provide catering for the agreed number of guests when staying at the Villa.
Special permission must be sought for all entertaining in excess of these numbers.

The Client will take suitable steps to secure the Villa by the appropriate use of all locks and security devices; such as alarms.

The Owner or the Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage of any personal items or valuables.
Where safes are provided, Clients are advised to secure their valuables accordingly.

The Client will exercise due care when in residence and ensure the appropriate supervision of children, dogs or persons with special needs - especially in the vicinity of pools, fish ponds, balconies, cooking appliances, the beach, steps or baths/hot tubs.

The Owner or the Company accepts no liability for injury or damage to the Client or the Client's party.

Unless previously agreed with the Company and/or the Owner the Client will vacate the Villa by 12.00 noon on the final day of the rental period.

TIDINESS AND DAMAGE:
The Client shall leave the Villa and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in good order and condition and shall inform the Company's Property Manager or the Owner or the Owner's staff immediately of any damage caused to the Villa or its co
