We booked the property so that we could enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. We purchased heat for the pool/jacuzzi only to discover that the jets did not work! After a delayed response from the owner it was discovered that the air pump was bad. There was no effort or explanation as to how/when this would fixed. It remained broke for our entire 2 week stay. What was more disappointing was that the heat was set to 100 degrees and within a few days the entire pool was 100 degrees rendering the pool all but useless. A few days at the end of the stay was the only enjoyment of the pool after they turned off the heat. We were torn between reporting it to Vrbo, but didn’t feel it rose to the level of a “major” amenity issue, although there were days without enjoyment of the pool and jacuzzi that made us question that decision. Regarding the balance of the property, the kitchen was lacking basic necessities such as a cookie sheet, hot pads and kitchen towels to name a few. Although the property appeared clean, there were obvious areas that could have used attention- windows - window ledges with major dust, some wall areas dirty, broken towel bars barely mounted to name a few. Property has potential but property owner needs to be more attentive and responsive to it’s customers.Disappointed as a result of above issues and the price we paid.

We enjoyed our stay here, plenty of room for 9 adults and 3 kids. Could have had more bowls, pans and other kitchen supplies. There was only one bowl in the kitchen for use.

Best getaway ever

We enjoyed the house but several plugs didn’t work upstairs/downstairs. Overall our stay was wonderful. In a 1-10 with 10 being the highest. I would give it a 8.5. Great location for everything and very quiet neighborhood. We will love to stay there in the future. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality. The Ducksworth’s.

This property only allowed 15 people max just be mindful of that and tvs upstairs and downstairs did not work because I tried to connect to internet and nothing as well as you have to pay for heater and grill .

Nice simple clean house

It has everything you need to start your stay. It was clean home with the basics. The host was very responsive to our needs and questions. We paid for the heated pool and it got nicely hot. The community pool and lazy river were also heated which was great surprise. The dryer was a little tricky. The only way things came out dry was if you used the timer dry function. It wasn't explicitly said but garbage pickup seemed to happen daily overnight. To enter champions gate community there are 2 entrances, become familiar with the other entrance on the other side of the community since the main entrance can get jammed up with cars, the line can get long and slow if there are issues with the gate. If you are driving on the I-4, plan for extra 20-30min of travel time basically anytime of day. We would definitely stay here again.

Good locaction, good communication with owner, but there are a few things that are not executable when you are renting such asthe fallowing, urine all over the out side of the toilet, broken light switches, garbage in the flower bed, syringe cover under a bed, hot tub jets dont work very well. Also if you think you will have the basic necessities such as a can opener, scissors, cookie sheet mixing bowls your wrong, they do not! We have stayed at several different air b and b's and never have i been so frustrated, these are basic items that should be in all rentals.

Awesome stay

Our place was pretty clean the house was beautiful I would stay here again. There was no wash clothes in the home but lots of towels we brought extra any so it wasn’t a big issue. Visitors entering had to be registered before they came in… I appreciated the security, I felt safe. We didn’t get to use the grill because it asked that we use PayPal to pay… don’t have an account. I didn’t like that the water park was a distance from the home I myself didn’t even go. The house was beautiful the stay was wonderful I would definitely stay here again hands down already planning the next stay! I am new to Vrbo so the communication was a challenge for me during my stay but the host Jose was prompt to respond but unfortunately I seemed to lose communication with repeated attempts to login to Vrbo??? Calling while staying… someone always answered There was complaint of hair left on the bathroom floor and our cabin was full on arrival There was damage to the furniture upon arrival that we reported so they knew it was there prior to us arriving someone came out right away to assess everything mentioned

Family Friendly Home with lots of space

3 families totaling 15 people stayed for a weekend to celebrate a birthday. The house has lots of space to sleep and actually quite a lot of closets and storage. Everything was well maintained in the house. The layout of the house was great for hanging out together or giving people space to chill. Never felt too crowded. Enjoyed the game room in garage and the upstairs loft with TV. Our only issues were with the broken pool heater and the stock of supplies. They came to turn on the pool heat but didn’t tell us it was broken and we had to call back the next day to ask and find out. Supposed to be getting a refund for the pool heat fee. That had been a big reason for booking the house: to have our own dedicated spa/pool. The community pools and spa were very crowded over the holiday weekend. The other issue was we cooked every meal at home and were only provided with two trash bags and 1 dishwasher packet and no hot pads, kitchen towels. It felt like no one expected us to use the kitchen for more than snacks/coffee. We ended up going to the store for trash bags and dishwasher detergent and paper towels. Just plan ahead if you will be doing a lot of cooking.

Extra clean and great location

Everything was as represented in the listing or better. Great location in neighborhood and in town. We did both Disney and Universal from this location. Some traffic but that’s Orlando. Community pool was super fun and beyond expectations. Will definitely return to this house. Thanks!

Oh My Gosh. This property was amazing.

We where looking for a family home to rent I came across this property it’s amazing and the community is beautiful as well. Plenty of room for the hold family. The kids loved the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. The club house was great also it was something for everyone. If you are look to book this home you want be disappointed. I would definitely book again. Looks just like the photo’s.

Beautiful Home in good location!

Beautiful home and everything was as picture showed. Pool was not as big as it looks on picture but ok! Several items was damaged when we went in but let the owner know, mostly cosmetic! One negative feature was the projector upstairs could not be seen in daylight because you couldn’t cover windows that are up high. Overall beautiful home and very roomy for big families!

Super spacious

Came here with 4 other small families. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay. The pool was heated as requested when we arrived. A high chair was also readily available as requested. There were a few things that I would have wanted corrected such as a pitcher being broken and a shower curtain that seemed to need a wash but regardless our stay was pleasant. I would definitely would like to stay here again in the future. Also, Jose, the manager was quick to reply to our needs and concerns.
