Welcome to Villa Sarpedon, a stunning retreat built in 2016 that offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. Spanning 145 square meters, this spacious 4-bedroom villa is designed to accommodate families or groups of friends, providing an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Entering the villa, there is an open-plan area consisting of the living room with a large luxurious corner couch, a satellite HDTV and the fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as fridge, oven, coffee maker etc and utensils.
On your right, the wooden stairway leads you upstairs to the decadent master bedroom loft, which will stun you with its romantic setting overlooking the swimming pool.
Following the downstairs floor plan on the right side of the villa you will find the two bedrooms with two single beds each, offering the ability to be turned into a double bed. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and there is also a shared bathroom.
On the left side of the kitchen, a small staircase takes you downstairs to a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom. This room can also be accessed from the outside, as it has its own individual entrance.
The living room area has direct access to the private swimming pool, which is surrounded by olive trees and colourful flowers. There are sunbeds around to relax by the pool, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue to prepare meals and a ping pong table for fun!
An outdoor stone-built staircase by the pool takes you to a small balcony and a detached classic-styled bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, a flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom.
All rooms have free Wi-Fi available and air conditioners for your convenience.
The villa has a separate gate entry and parking area.
