The location is incredible. Superb beaches with breathtaking views and fabulous snorkelling a walk away. Cala paradiso is also very good and the kayak was great to use. The apartment is small but well equipped and the terrace has a stunning view. The only problem was that the beds were not very comfortable especially in the mezzanine bedroom. Otherwise excellent.

Wonderful location, stunning view, perfect host

Property chosen due to its prime location in a quiet area near many stunning beaches and the view, which didn't disappoint. Plus the kayak loan which allowed us to explore nearby beaches and coves. Stefania the host was incredibly proactive, responsive and sent useful further info. No hesitation in recommending this property, everything was just fantastic and we hope to return.

Lovely villa in a fantastic setting

When I was looking for a place in the north east of Sardinia, this villa really stood out. It is in a fantastic location with great access to private beaches. The inside is tastefully decorated. You don't have many neighbours and it felt very private. The view across the sea and to the islands is unbeatable. A lovely stay!

Wonderful holidays. The house is surrounded by a lot of beautiful beaches with pedestrian access. Stefania is a really nice person, very réactive. She took care of us by taking her time giving advice about visits and activities.

Great location and wonderful host

The location of the house was great and the views were stunning. Stephania could not have been more responsive on assistance with everything we needed along with recommendations to places to eat and beaches to go to. The property was compact and suited our needs. Ideally the place needs a bit of a freshen up. You definitely need a car as there is only one restaurant within easy walking distance and we used the car each day to visit different bays.

Beautifully located appartment

We have had a wonderful holiday in this beautifully located holiday appartment. We had a warm welcome from the owner, who informed us of the area and things to do. The view from the terrace is truely beautiful and we really enjoyed the close proximity to the sea when we wanted a quick swim or to go snorkling. The area is really nice and quiet and the appartment was nice and clean. The owner's son took us on a wonderful boat trip to the surrounding islands and beaches and taught us how and where to find octopuses. We will definitely recommend a holiday in this appartment and will not hesitate to come back another time.

Review Capa Coda Cavallo holdiday house

This holiday house has a splendid sea view from the terrace. After our arrival we got a warm welcome by the owner of the holiday house. She informed us about things to do in the area. In the neighborhood of the Capo Coda Cavallo are many fine beaches and during our stay (1 week, early May 2013, couple with two chidren from the Netherlands) we were almost the only visitors on the beaches, even when the weather was fine. Within 100 meter you can walk to the sea and the most beautiful beach on Sardinia (Brandinchi) is within less than 5 minutes by car The surrounding holiday houses were vacant and for that we reason it was very quiet and we had a lot of privacy around the house (I guess this must be a bit different during peak season). The holiday house is large enough for 4 persons (we were with two adults and two young children). The house was clean and well equipped for a holiday house

amazing stay

we were a group of seven people and had a lovely stay at Stefanias wonderful cottage C5. First of all: Stefania did a great job. It was easy to book, she was kind, we were able to call her any time, she was flexible so that we could decide at what time to arrive and at what time to depart. The cottage was awesome: We cooked every day, we had a barbecue, and we gathered together every evening on the wonderful patio to play games, drink wine and enjoy the view. The lovely litte bays are just one minute by foot away, so every morning when the others were still a sleep I went swimming. The area has thousands of wonderful bays - every day we visited another one with our rented cars. All in all: I totally recommend this cottage - it is a quiet area, the gardens are blooming, the bay ist directly next to the cottage, Stefania is very kind - we had an awesome stay!!! Spectacular, would give more stars if I could

Brilliant house in a great location Stefania was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. Good points: - Such a nice welcome from Stefania and Marco, something we have not experienced in other rentals. It really felt like they wanted us to have the best experience even though we were only there for a week. - Location (many beautiful beaches a walkable distance, even on hot days - and Stefania provided detailed instructions on how to get to each one) - Supermarket and cafe nearby (walkable) - Easy parking, always space available - Wonderful patio and garden with access to the beach and even a wild tortoise - Air conditioning - Very peaceful, no noise or music from neighbours Negative The only negative I can find is that the kitchen is a bit small, but it is still fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher and was not a problem for us Highlight of the holiday: the boat trip we did with Stefania and Marco. If you like snorkelling this is not to be missed. They showed us all their favourite places, it felt very personal and like they were sharing their love for the region.

CODA CAVALLO A holiday...

CODA CAVALLO A holiday that is hastily planned to a location off the beaten track and to a country with a foreign language, and to top it all very much out of season, one would imagine is a recipe for disaster. Recently my family and I paid a visit to Sardinia, to be more exact, to a little village called Cala Paradiso located in Capo Coda Cavallo. From the moment we were escorted to our house that was to be our home for the next seven days, we could not have been more surprised had we planned the holiday a year ago. The home was quaint comfortable enough for a family of six not to be in anybody’s way with its beautiful gardens and a short walk to one of the various beaches you would want to spend the day at. The home had all the mod cons of today’s life style and was clean and well maintained and spacious. Stefania and her father Senior B were absolutely wonderful people and very helpful They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rates of the accommodation were pleasantly affordable and you did not feel like you were too close to your neighbours to invade your privacy. The friendliness of the locals was over whelming to the point of being somewhat embarrassing. One evening we went to support one of the local pubs only to be told to help ourselves to what is available and leave the payment on the bar counter. The scenery was spectacular from every point. We took a walk up to Punta Esta to a little cafe called Caffè del Mar and the owner and his son were the most pleasant people that we have ever met their hospitality was magnificent. Unfortunately seven days does not last for ever and we reluctantly started on our trip home with enough memories to last us for a long time. I made a promise to myself to visit again and meet all my new made friends and visit the pubs and restaurants that made my stay such a wonderful experience.

Traumhafte Lage

Da wir in der Vorsaison dort waren, war noch alles um uns herum recht ruhig. Die ersten Restaurants pp. eröffneten gerade. Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Insel. Etwa 150 m entfernt liegt eine wunderschöne, kleine Bucht. Der Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin war sehr gut. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Wunderbar gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unsere Tage in Cala Paradiso sehr genossen, die Wohnung und Küche ist zwar recht klein aber für einen Ferienaufenthalt völlig in Ordnung. Stefania, die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich Zeit genommen uns Ausflugstipps zu geben. Der Höhepunkt war der Tag mit ihr und ihrem Mann auf dem Meer zu den tollen Plätzen zum Schnorcheln. Vielen Dank, wir haben das sehr estimiert.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Sardinien. Wohnungsübergabe und Rückgabe erfolgte kontaktlos. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich sehr gekümmert und uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt hat.Die Wohnung ist klein aber nett eingerichtet und sauber. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick sind das Highlight. Verschiedene Strände leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Bucht Cala Paradiso liegt unnmittelbar vor der Tür. Auch eine Pizzeria ist um die Ecke. TOP

Wir haben den Garten und die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick sehr genossen. Wir waren zu zweit im Haus C3 . Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus. Unsere beiden Nachbarhäuser waren jetzt im Mai nicht belegt. Dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche schon etwas klein. Aber für zwei Personen ist das okay. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ein super Refugium

Es war etwas kleiner als gedacht, jedoch genau richtig für 2 Personen. Auch die Vermieterin war SEHR aufmerksam und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und uns per WA begleitet. Die Jahreszeit war perfekt, wir waren fast alleine in der Anlage und hatten viel Privatsphäre. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, vielen herzlichen Dank!

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir waren für 12 Tage in dem Apartment mit wirklich traumhaftem Ausblick. Die Terrasse und die Liegefläche vor dem Haus sind sehr schön, das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings ist die Dusche für größere Personen ungeeignet, ebenso die Küche fällt recht klein aus und die Größe des TVs ist wirklich nicht zeitgemäß. Die Einweisung der Vermieter hätte etwas genauer ausfallen können.Trotzdem waren wir im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden und haben die Ruhe genossen. Da wir mit unserem Hund da waren fanden wir die kleinen Buchten, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind, sehr gut und unser Vierbeiner konnte sich da so richtig austoben. Alle anderen wunderschönen Buchten und Strände sind in Kürze mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Sehr Schönes Haus mit einer traumhaften Aussicht

Wir waren zu dritt und hatten einen Hund dabei. Alles kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht... Das meiste wurde ja schon geschrieben, deshalb schließe ich mich an und würde jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen... Vielen Dank

Sehr schöne Lage, toller und unverdauter Blick auf die Bucht, das Meer und die Isola Tavolara.

Wir konnten zu Fuß mehrere schöne Strände erreichen, jeden Tag besuchten wir einen anderen. Direkt unterhalb des Hauses ist eine schöne kleine Bucht, das Baden fantastisch. Das Haus hat einen tollen Freisitz mit fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und alles hat super geklappt. Die Tipps der Vermieter vor Ort sind sehr gut, so könnten wir viele nicht leicht zugängliche schöne Strände finden. Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen.
