Welcome to your tropical home, located within the exclusive Hacienda Pinilla 4,500 acre gated community. Situated along three miles of coastline with access to pristine beaches (Playa Avellanas, Langosta, and Mansita), enjoy the secluded and beautiful natural setting.

The Space
This beautifully decorated home can accommodate 6 people (2 En-suite bedrooms with king beds and an upstairs living space that has been converted into a bedroom with queen bed)

The interior boasts a modern open plan concept connecting the living, dining and kitchen areas creating a bright airy space. This opens up onto a large terrace with dining and seating areas looking over the landscaped garden.

(Note the en-suite spa bath is currently not functional)

Upstairs enjoy an ocean-view from the large terrace perfect for morning coffee or for watching the stunning Pacific sunsets

The resort style communal pool is also only a few steps from the villa.

No animals allowed thank you.

Daily cleaning upto two hours is provided except Sundays and official holidays

Guest access:
Playa Mansita and the JW Marriot Hotel are just a few minutes walk away from the villa via gated access

The beautiful Playa Bonita and the Palaps, which are exclusive to the Palma Real community, are a pleasant ten minute walk.

Day passes for access to the Beach club will also be provided for exclusive use for the villas guests above ten years old. (under ten’s are free).

Here you can famous surf the “Little Hawaii” break or enjoy a beach walk, swim in the infinity pool or workout in the gym. You can also enjoy pool side or fine dining in the restaurant

Gated community access:
We need to receive the full names and ID’s of each guest in your party prior to arrival. This information is required by Hacienda Pinilla security in order to issue QR codes that grant you access via the main gate to the community.
