Willkommen in unserer schönen Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock mit WLAN, Klimaanlage und einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. <br><br>Sie befindet sich in der privaten Wohnanlage „Residencia Cala Dorada“, die über eine gepflegte Außenanlage, einen großen Gemeinschaftspool, einen Whirlpool, ein Kinderbecken, eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Café/eine Bar am Pool für die Bewohner verfügt. <br><br>Diese Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über eine große Wohnküche, die auf eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Außenanlage und den Pool führt. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, und die Wohnung eignet sich gut für Familien oder Erwachsene, die einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub suchen. <br><br>Die Küchenzeile ist komplett ausgestattet mit Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher sowie Besteck, Pfannen usw. <br><br>Im Hauptwohnzimmer gibt es einen großen Esstisch aus Massivholz für 6 Personen, ein Sofa, einen neuen Smart-TV mit digitalen Apps und eine Bluetooth-Stereoanlage. <br><br>Schlafzimmer 1 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Doppelbett mit Einbauschrank, Schlafzimmer 2 über zwei Einzelbetten und einen Einbauschrank. <br>Außerdem stehen ein ausklappbares Einzelbett und ein Reisebett für Kinder bis zu 2–3 Jahren zur Verfügung, je nach deiner Familiensituation. Such good communication and the apartment was spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic and lots of beds enough for everyone. Staff in the pool bar were lovely as was the food and service. We would definitely go back again.

Fantastic apartment with lovely pool and grounds. The apartment is spacious, clean has and was very well equipped. It also has very effective A/C which we appreciated. There are two beautiful coves within 10 minute walk and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars close to the complex.

This apartment is in a lovely, quiet and seemingly safe resort surrounded by beautiful gardens and a brilliant pool area. I am not sure if we hit on a quiet week but we often were the only ones using the pool - my children absolutely loved it. People there are generally respectful and friendly. Daniel the host was incredibly helpful and left pool floaties for the kids which they were delighted with. The apartment mostly has everything you need for a short stay. There is a friendly pool bar on site too that serves ice cream, drinks and bar snacks. The surrounding area wasn’t really for us as we found it a bit built up and lots of British bars and touristy souvenir shops but the coves are beautiful - although very busy! Our only issue was on two nights there were some drunk, noisy residents from the apartment above who kept running about and shouting up and down the stairs at about 1am-2am. My husband had a word at one point and they were polite enough but didn’t really stop. This maybe a rare occurrence so apart from this it is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the quiet, well maintained resort.

An excellent holiday

We stay at this complex every year with a now family of 5 and this is one of the nicer apartments we have stayed in, it has excellent views of the pool area. For a relaxing family break and all the facilities you need to stay in on an evening the apartment it well equipt or a short walk gets you into the local town with it's many bars and restaurants.

Nice apartment, close to amenities, beaches and harbourside.

We enjoyed a later half-term visit, and the owner was friendly and responsive to any concerns or questions. The pool facilities were amazing, but the time of year meant it was quite cool!! The apartment was spacious for four of us, and had a good range of facilities, TV and DVD in a quiet complex, and nice views onto the pool-side area.

Great complex and apartment.

A family of four including two children aged 11 and 14 yrs. Apartment is comfortable and had all the amenities required for our stay. Complex is gated and very safe. Exceptional grounds with a fantastic pool area and on site bistro. Excellent communication with the owners.

Very Comfortable Apartment

We had a lovely time staying in Stephen's apartment, the accommodation was exactly as described, very comfortable, good quality furniture, bedding etc. It was only a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Cala Egos, about 10 minutes to the beach. Would recommend this apartment .

Lovely apartment

Spent 5 days at this apartment,it's very spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday.The pool and gardens were beautiful and always plenty of space for sunbathing The apartment is in a gated community and so is very safe There is a supermarket just round the corner and the centre of Cala egos is only a few minutes walk away.All in all a perfect place to stay.

Very good accommodation for a family holiday

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. It is well appointed, comfortable and spacious enough for our family of four. We were impressed by how cool it remains through the day even without using the air conditioning (which is very efficient if needed). The complex overall is secure and well kept, and the pool facilities are very good, including for small children. I would add that the host is very responsive and helpful, and communicated very quickly with us to help us resolve a couple of issues during our stay (none of which were due to the accommodation). Would happily return here again in the future.

Relaxing, well-serviced and peaceful apartment/complex

We had a very fine, relaxing and easy time here. The apartment is well-situated, very comfortable and the complex is lovely: peaceful, well-maintained and hard to leave! My kids especially had a great time in the magnificent pool. Plenty of things to see and do within walking distance too. We'd go back in a shot.

Amazing Stay!

Had an amazing stay at the Apartment!...the resort was also fantastic! Everything we needed was there to help the holiday start from the moment we arrived. The kids practically lived in the pool for the duration of our stay with their newly acquired friends. They were so pre-occupied I even managed to read a few books?! In summary, the overall holiday was a complete success, would highly recommend!

Property is in a fantastic location: close to beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. We have had a fabulous, relaxing, family holiday and will definitely be returning and will be recommending not only Mallorca to our friends and family but this apartment too. Pool was cold but kids still spent time in there and Phillipe was a brilliant bar man in the bar on site too. The apartment was spacious and felt like a home from home. 5 stars all round from us!

Relaxing stay

Apartment and complex were great . Being towards end of sep/early Oct the complex was pretty quiet which was perfect for us. Location was great for cala egos bars/restaurants/beaches/cala d'or marina 1 small issue resolved v quickly and host was very responsive to any questions. Only small negative was the towels provided were like cardboard , fortunately I packed 1 of my own. Tip: try cala mondrago beach (15 Min bus ride) it is larger than the beaches in walking distance and the sea was crystal clear & clean.

Everything we wanted and more! Wonderful!

This was the second time we've stayed at this lovely apartment and we'd return again in a heartbeat! Perfectly set up for families (We were with our 3 year old and 8 month old)- everything you could possibly want or need to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing. The complex itself is beautiful - the pool is incredible and the bar is great. Loads of restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep and beautiful beaches a short walk away. Priscilla and Stephen are really helpful and eager to help your trip go smoothly. A wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back!

We have two children, so unfortunately we can’t use the apartment as much as we’d like to, which is why we decided to share it with other guests and become hosts. We love eating out, relaxing by the pool and spending time at the beautiful local beaches. We’re always happy to share our favourite places and recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

We’ve been visiting Cala Egos and Cala d’Or for many years and fell in love with the area because it has everything we look for in a holiday. There are beautiful sandy coves and crystal-clear water, lovely restaurants and bars, and the marina and town of Cala d’Or are close by. We especially love the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that you can enjoy a peaceful day at the beach or pool, then head out for a lovely meal in the evening. It’s a fantastic area for families, couples and anyone looking for a beautiful slice of Mallorca.

What makes our apartment special is that it combines the comforts of a home from home with everything you need for a relaxing Mallorca holiday. It’s set within the beautiful Residencia Cala Dorada complex, with a lovely communal pool, jacuzzi and on-site café/bar.

We also love the location. Cala Egos is peaceful and relaxed, but you’re close to the beautiful beaches, restaurants, marina and everything Cala d’Or has to offer.

As we’ve been coming to the area for many years, we’ve also built up lots of favourite places and local recommendations that we’re more than happy to share with our guests. We want people to arrive, relax and feel like they’ve found their own little piece of Mallorca. ☀️🌴
