Casa Leo is a villa that develops over two floors with a garden and terrace, ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort and a strategic location to explore northern Sardinia.

Located in the well-maintained residential context of Olbia 2, the house is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends.



It is a semi-detached accommodation that develops over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower box. On the upper floor of the house, there is another double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower box. Completing the floor of the house is the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with a comfortable sofa and dining table with stools. The layout of the house is completed by the large terrace, excellent for outdoor lunches and dinners.



The accommodation is located a few kilometres from the centre of Olbia and the splendid beaches of Pittulongu, Bados and Nodu Pianu, renowned for their crystal-clear waters and light sand.

For nature and hiking enthusiasts, the house is located at the foot of Monte Colbu, an archaeological area that hosts the evocative Nuraghe Riu Mulinu, accessible on foot or by mountain bike.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist arrival point in northern Sardinia. In the centre, the Medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum stand out, which displays artefacts from Nuragic manufactures to Roman warships, and on the hill just outside the city, with a view of the gulf, the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu.
