The 50 m2 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed and a sofa with two high-quality single beds. Great importance is given to the quality of sleep which is ensured with beds and mattresses of the highest quality.
The house consists of an entrance hall, large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a sleeping area. The interiors, well-kept and comfortable, are tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to eat every meal thanks to induction burners, a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. Furthermore there is also a washing machine with dryer.
A 50 inch LED TV with NETFLIX, air conditioning, ADSL WiFi internet connection complete the services offered.
Finally, there is a private covered parking space in the building's garage, available upon request and at a cost of €15 per day.

In the area there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors and a Carreffour supermarket which is 250 m from the house and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can easily move around the city center on foot or if you prefer to use public transport, you can easily reach all the most important Roman attractions thanks to the "San Pietro" train station and the bus terminus 62 and 64 which are less than 100 meters away. meters from home (2 minutes on foot). With line 64 you can cross the entire historic center and take a dive into history.
It is also possible to leave the city with the "San Pietro" train station and even reach the sea in 30 minutes and of course the Rome Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci international airport.
