Lucia is a great host and the apt is in a perfect central location making most of Rome an easy walk. I completely recommend! She had great restaurant recommendations and was always a quick call or msg away.

Beautiful location exactly as advertised. Area is always lively and number of services nearby is excellent. Lucia’s food recommendations diverse and uniformly good. We liked location, staff and attention of Collegio. Lucia is easy to contact but best of all is her warmth, welcome and love for all of Rome’s many quirks and attractions. We look forward to our next return.

The location of this lovely apartment was amazing! How often do you get the chance to stay directly across from the Pantheon and look out at it from your window? Lucia is a wonderful host—she will feel like your best friend by the time you leave. She welcomed us with champagne, was always easy to reach, and was incredibly warm and helpful. The apartment itself was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and you simply can’t beat the location. Staying here made our time in Rome especially memorable.

Spectacular! I could not imagine a better way to experience Rome. Quiet, safe, comfortable, with a stunning view of the Pantheon and people watching galore out of the front windows. Walking distance to the Colosseum and basically everything you come to see. Lucia is an incredible host and more than that an amazing person. She met us late, gave excellent restaurant recommendations — Enoteca Corsi was wonderful, and Aroma very elegant. Definitely recommend! Thank you Lucia xoxo

This is a beautiful and clean apartment with a perfect location to make your Rome trip an amazing one! Within walking distance to all the major attractions. Lucia is a kind, responsive and flexible host who made us feel welcome right from the start! She helped arrange an early morning taxi for our flight home and checked on us to be sure our trip was going well! I highly recommend staying here and getting the full Rome experience!

What an amazing place to stay! Right opposite the Pantheon - as soon as we arrived we felt immersed in Ancient Rome but in a comfortable elegant style! The flat is easy to find and Lucia was so helpful and flexible with communication about our check in. Visiting Rome requires lots of walking and we had a particularly hot spell for May so coming back to an apartment with air conditioning was wonderful. Our 12 year old daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was super comfortable and she loved falling asleep listening to the gentle sounds of the pantheon square. We would absolutely recommend staying in Lucia’s fabulous apartment.

We loved staying in Lucia’s apartment. It’s easily walkable to all monuments and there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby. The apartment is spotless and equipped with everything you need. It’s decorated in typical Italian style with generational pieces from Lucia’s family and carefully selected items Lucia personally selected with great pride. The ceiling in the bedroom even has the original beams! What I loved most was Lucia as a host. Lucia is kind, warm and very responsive to your needs. She truly loves sharing her beautiful apartment and is very welcoming. Thank you Lucia for a beautiful stay. We had an amazing time! Please come see us in Hawaii when you come.

Lucia is an exceptional hostess. We couldn’t have been happier staying in her beautiful apartment. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is fantastic, adjacent to the Pantheon. It was in walking distance of many of the major attractions, as well as restaurants, gelato and coffee. Even with the crowds outside of the Pantheon, the bedroom was extremely quiet. We also felt very safe walking in the area.Lucia was extremely gracious by allowing us an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. She met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and answered our questions. Her communication with us was amazing. She even arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the cruise port and another taxi to take us to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and hospitable hostess.

Excellent host and perfect location for exploring the heart of Rome

The apartment and location are amazing. Perfect centralized location for visiting the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the Colosseum, etc. Will definitely stay here again the next time we stay in Rome.

Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful host. Beautiful art and decorations. Nice to have laundry available. Quiet in bedroom - which was a surprise given location overlooking Pantheon. Fun place to people watch and drink espresso and wine!

The host was so welcoming and warm. They maintained communication with us prior to, met us at the apartment, and then took the time to explain the amenities, local businesses, sights and addressed our questions. The location is amazing, the apartment is VERY clean and tidy, great water pressure with plenty of hot/cold water for shower and tub. This was a wonderful stay! THANK YOU!
