Alfama Charming Apartment
A compact charming apartment with view over the Alfama neighborhood, the most typical and historical neighborhood in the heart of Lisbon. The apartment is fully-equipped, including a washing machine and air conditioniong on the main bedroom. The building is located in a traditional street near the Fado Museum, the National Pantheon and the São Vicente Church. There are several restaurants, Fado Houses and supermarkets nearby. Staying in Alfama Charming Apartment will make you feel like a local!
Alfama is a touristy area with a lot of activity throughout the day, especially due to the various restaurants and cafes. Therefore, noise is to be expected. During the month of June, the annual Santos Populares festivities take place in the streets, significantly increasing noise and the influx of people.
→ Building
The apartment is on the third floor of a building with no elevator. Alfama is one of the oldest districts in the city of Lisbon, and consequently, its buildings also exhibit characteristics typical of their age, such as poor sound insulation and plumbing. Please note that access to the apartment is made by steep stairs. It's absolutely perfect for couples or small families looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance.
Strictly pedestrian access - closest car access is around 4 minutes walking, near Museu do Fado.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a Double Bed (with air conditioning) and the other with a Single Bed.
→ Bathroom

→ Living Room
The living room has a smart TV with cable connection and a sofa-bed next to the window and its nice view over the neighborhood.
→ Kitchenette
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso Coffee Machine (coffee not included).
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- Lisbon is a historic city in continuous modernization, which may result in renovation works in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may occur during your stay.
