The main entrance leads you to the top floor, where you enter into the spacious living room and dining area. The living room features a large corner sofa, which can be converted into two single beds. For your entertainment, there is a 55” LED TV, DVD, and CD player.

From the expansive glass windows, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the blue Falassarna beach and the clear Hellenic sky.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, blender, boiler, and cooking utensils. A wooden monastery-style table for 6-8 people provides a perfect dining space. The interior matches the beauty of the outdoor setting, as the large glass doors offer direct views of the Sea of Crete, a view that will captivate your mind and soul.

The villa has three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The décor reflects the natural colors of the Cretan landscape: the gray of the rocky mountains, the brown of the sand, and the green of the olive trees. Two of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into one king-size bed. All bedding is from COCO-MAT, a brand known for its high-quality organic products. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV.

A veranda with a pergola is located in front of the living room, furnished with a round table for 6-8 people, ideal for enjoying breakfast while taking in the stunning natural beauty of the area. The living room also provides access to the pool.

The outdoor areas extend across multiple levels, each offering a stunning view of the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The first level features a large hill full of trees and bushes, recently planted. The next level is home to the 52 sqm pool.

There is also an exterior Jacuzzi for two people. During the winter months, the pool is heated, providing a comfortable environment for year-round enjoyment. Guests can relax on the comfortable wooden sun loungers while soaking up the sun.

A dining area for 8 people, shaded by a pergola, is located at the same level, alongside a BBQ for those who wish to cook and enjoy local delicacies. On the next level, you’ll find the outdoor living room, featuring a stone-built sofa with fluffy pillows—an ideal spot to relax while gazing at one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever experience.

For younger guests, there is a playground located at a lower level, close to the living room area. The playground is planted with grass to ensure safety, allowing children to enjoy the activities provided for them. Benches at the same level enable parents to stay close to their little ones. Additionally, a vineyard and olive trees are found in the lower two levels of the property, further embracing the traditional Cretan lifestyle.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost. There is also free parking for all of our guests.

The pool can be heated with an extra cost of 70€ per day.
