Upon entering the villa, the bright and airy living room greets you, featuring a Smart satellite TV, a cozy fireplace, and a dining area for 10 guests, all designed with contemporary elegance. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it the heart of the home. On the ground level, two luxurious bedrooms, each with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and breathtaking sea and mountain views, offer complete privacy.

The first floor houses three additional bedrooms, each with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private balconies that overlook the stunning landscape. Every bedroom is a tranquil retreat, with its own secluded terrace where guests can enjoy a peaceful morning coffee while gazing at the spectacular views.

Outdoor Facilities

The villa’s outdoor space is equally impressive, offering a private swimming pool (103 sqm) with a depth of 1.4 meters and a kids’ pool (12 sqm). Whether enjoying a morning swim or relaxing on the sun loungers, the outdoor lounge area is perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. The BBQ area and dining table for 10 guests offer a great space for preparing light meals and enjoying alfresco dining under the stars, making every moment special in this idyllic setting.

The property also features a private garden and ample parking space for up to 4 cars.
