Casina Ammare is a simple and cozy vacation home, located just 50 m from the free beach and the equipped lido by the sea.
The vacation home is introduced by a small veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
The
interior is characterized by functional interiors, simple and neat
furniture, with pastel-colored decorative elements that recall the sea
and give the spaces a relaxing and bright atmosphere.
The entrance is into the eat-in kitchen from which there is access to the shower room.
An internal iron staircase leads to the second floor, where there is the sleeping area consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with pull-out bed, as well as the second shower room.
The rooms are bright and have a small balcony overlooking the sea.
The air conditioning is in the hallway and cools all the rooms, inside which there is a ceiling fan.
The
proximity to the sea is a strength of this cottage, ideal for those who
want to spend a stress-free vacation with the sea within a 3-minute
walk, at any time of the day.

Casina
Ammare is located just 50 meters from the beach of Campomarino di
Maruggio, in the town center. Campomarino is a seaside resort located
just 2 km from Maruggio, along Taranto`s Ionian arch.
The beaches
are an alternation of golden sand and low, accessible cliffs, surrounded
by Mediterranean scrub and crystal-clear blue sea, making the marina
one of the most popular destinations for summer vacations, among the
most beautiful beaches in Italy, on which the Blue Flag waves.
In
addition to being very close to the sea, the vacation home allows you to
reach the center with all services even on foot. There are restaurants,
mini markets, bars and stores, as well as the marina, unique on the
entire coast between Porto Cesareo and Taranto.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
