The outdoor spaces are fully fenced, equipped with swimming pool, solarium, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, crib, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, alarm system, kitchen complete with electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc.

degli Ulivi includes three housing units all beautiful, each with its
own style, surrounded by the pristine greenery and quiet of the Ostuni
countryside.
The softly shaped swimming pool guarantees relaxation
and fun, with loungers positioned all around to lie comfortably in the
sun.
Casal degli Ulivi is a structure born from the wise
renovation of typical rural buildings, which has kept the original
elements such as stone floors and natural stone walls, creating with
them an authentic and cozy atmosphere.
The main structure consists
of three lamie all with barrel vaults and exposed stones, to which a
more modern Mediterranean-style dwelling has been joined. It is spread
over two levels.
On the mezzanine floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, both bright and comfortable, and a spacious shower room. There is also a cozy living room and a fully equipped professional kitchen, open to the living room to create a convivial and functional environment.

On the ground floor there are 2 more double bedrooms, both communicating with a large bathroom carved out of the rock.

The annex is a small independent unit with a lovely entrance veranda, open kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.

The main structure also has a veranda, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing while admiring the garden.

The large garden frames the entire property, creating a green and peaceful space where you can walk, play or simply enjoy relaxing in total privacy.

Casal degli Ulivi is located in contrada Lamacavallo, in the territory of Ostuni, just a few kilometers from the award-winning beaches of the Ostuni coastline that unfolds along the Adriatic Sea, with crystal-clear waters and golden sand.

The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, characteristic inland villages such as Cisternino, Martina Franca and Locorotondo.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from July to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra of euro 100.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The whole estate is composed by a main unit and a dependance.
